The parking could be an issue because it is close to downtown and all the best restaurants We had major issues with the internet. We spent one hour fixing the internet and finally changed rooms. This is an old house. Ask the people at the reception what is the status of internet, is that resolved. They have multiple systems in the 6 different rooms. We were there 2 years ago and they said they would fix them. I told the people i would mention it in my comments. You already pay a good price for the place. Everything else is fantastic and the service to help you is very good.

The stairs are very steep and at the top there is only a rail on one side. It really is only suitable for 4 as the two sofa beds are in the downstairs area which is all open plan, so anyone sleeping there must go to bed last and get up first. It wouldn't work with young children.

The apartment is beside the park which is really great for walking. Public swimming pool within 15mins walk. Air-con in all the rooms.

It was very noisy with the traffic as it backed into a main road and the drains smelt awful. After a good airing and flushing the smell settled. The managers advise the water tank is very small and it certainly is. One quick shower and the water is cold and the shower needs a good clean. No lingering showers here.

The apartment has everything needed with good appliances. Was small but roomy enough, modern and warm..plenty of room with separate areas. But no kettle. Supermarket around the corner and very secure area ..paid parking underneath .The bed was comfortable and it was nice to be able to open the balcony doors...but the noise required the doors to be shut at night. There were clear instructions as to where to pick up the key ( from a sister hotel) and clear instructions were given how to access the parking and apartment with phone numbers if help was needed .

The apartment was dirty...garbage bin wasn't emptied before our arrival, there were hair in the bathroom and we found some dirty under wear under the sofa..the shower would also need some extra cleaning as the floor was black

The location is good and the Apartment is well appointed. Its right next to a series of small neighbourhood restaurants and is just over 2 -4 kms from all the famous locations of Madrid like the Gran Via ( the main Street that leads up to all the nice locations of Madrid). Over all Nice place to base your self before heading into the city center where it can be noisy till late!

The screeching sound in the plumbing whenever someone uses the bathroom wasn’t pleasant. The apartment lacked a few basics guests expect- coffee/tea, paper towels, salt & pepper…. The soap dispenser in the shower was almost empty.

Pelegrinos be aware!!! After you book the property they send you an email telling you that for you to do the check in you have to go to the HOTEL MARIA LUISA which is 25 minutes away walking! The building it self and the apartment is modern and nice, but there is a terrible SMELL that comes from the bathroom that prevented me from sleep even after I cover all the drains with towels with toilet sit close and bathroom door close, when we arrived that was an excessive smell of bleach that we had to open all the windows so I guess the property is aware of the smell coming from the bathroom and they are trying to cover the bad smell with a stronger smell. The cleaning of the place is also done poorly where there were hand prints on all glassy surfaces, spider webs all over the ceiling and fixtures and dust on the floor. If I ever back in Burgos I know now where NOT to stay.

It was not very clean. The kitchen was dirty, utensils, stove and microwave were dirty and one outlet was in disrepair. We couldn't open the windows because of leaves and other debris.
