The key code was incorrect but they came to give us a spare key at 3am !!

Amazing place, 5 mins walk to the beach and has a pool with props and shower. We took a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious with everything in the kitchen. Lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store just nearby. After the checkout we had a late flight but they allowed us to use the pool and take a shower which was nice.

Nothing, excellent service.

Excellent host, apartment cleaned daily, excellent modern fittings and fully equipped kitchen. Towels and beach towels provided, even a parasol for the beach. 3 first come first serve parking spaces outside and a car park very close. 2 mins walk to the beach, 1 min from a supermarket. We used turbo car hire and would recommend for other beaches. The pool is very clean and a better size than the photos.

30 minutes from ibiza town, which was ok but if you want to go to san antonio - 50 minutes

Everything was perfect

This was a fantastic stay at Apartamentos Sofia in Es Canar. From the moment I arrived, Andrea at reception made me feel incredibly welcome with their friendliness and warm greeting. The building itself has a beautiful, fresh flowery scent as you walk in, which sets a lovely first impression. My flat was spotless and clearly newly decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable week-long stay. I chose the unit with the large terrace and couldn't have been happier—there was plenty of space for relaxing, including a table and chairs plus a comfy outdoor sofa, perfect for unwinding. Housekeeping was excellent, coming by every day to refresh the space and change towels, which made the experience feel extra special. Overall, I highly recommend Apartamentos Sofia. If I could give 20 stars, I absolutely would! Thank you for an amazing stay

The appartment was fully renovated in 2024. Highlights of the appartment: - Spacious: it had two bed rooms with both queen size beds - Well equiped kitchen to have breakfast/ lunch/ diner including a very good coffee machine - Cleaned daily - Location: in a quite location still very close to the beach (walking distance: 5 minutes) and restaurants and bars There is a pool outside with sun beds. The reception staff was very friendly and always open to help. A big thumb up for the cleaning staff who were so friendly and made our stay even better as we entered a clean apartment in the evening.

Parking in Ibiza is a pain, and roadside spots are always taken. This wasn’t a surprise or a problem since there was public tourist parking close by.

Location was perfect - beach, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and really helpful with restaurant tips and guiding us around, since it was our first time in Es Cana. We even had a lovely care package waiting for us when we arrived quite late in the evening and supermarkets were already closed. Pool area was quite small but just enough for our small family, especially since it was the end of season and it was very quiet.
