While the room itself was satisfactory, there were areas for improvement, particularly in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly slow, which made for a less than ideal bathing experience. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired; it could have been better maintained. Overall, if you're primarily focused on location and don't mind overlooking some minor issues with the room, this hotel could be a suitable choice for your stay. However, if you prioritize a pristine bathroom and immaculate cleanliness, you may want to consider other options.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. One of the highlights of this establishment is its fantastic location. Situated in close proximity to numerous restaurants, bars, and with easy access to the metro, it's a convenient spot for travelers looking to explore the city. Additionally, many central squares are within walking distance, making sightseeing a breeze. Metro station 2 minutes walking from the property.

The location was awesome! All Madrid's main sights were right next to the place. However there still wasn't much noises coming from the street. There was plenty of space for 5 persons.

The upkeep is a bit lacking, could be better. Paint was damp and peeling in some areas. Price seemed high overall but then, the location is like that.

The location is superb. Right on the plaza of Sol, a few steps to the metro. The facilities were good. Staff is well mannered and helpful..

We were on the 5 floor. There was no lift, was OK. But: There was NO wifi at all. There were no windows to outside. And we expected bigger room (because of the pictures)

I knew there would be no elevator prior to arrival. While it wasn't too difficult for us, I can see how the staircase may be difficult for travelers with suitcases or who have difficulty walking up stairs. One thing to note, as we were there during Pride celebrations, the street was very loud between 1am to 4am. The area is quite busy for locals and tourists, so it can become loud well into the night.

Fantastic location! Overall, a good stay for 3 nights in Madrid as it is close to the lively parts of the city and within walking distance to most other attractions. In the apartment, I liked the amount of space we had as a family of 5. The two showers were also quite useful. The hosts are easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The reception was just around the corner too, so it didn't bother me that I had to go pick up the key.

When we arrived there was only one knife! That was fixed quickly. Both bathroom and kitchen sinks didn’t have plugs that worked. And whilst we knew there wasn’t a lift, I think people should be warned just how many steps are involved. We were lucky to only have small suitcases And we are fit

Water pressure in the showers was not that good, but it was a minor issue. Maybe missing some uttensils, like a sponge for the dishes but a market was nearby so it really isn't a big deal. :)

Location, location, location :) We stayed for 4 days and didn't need to use public transport at all, everything is walking distance from the flat. Their offices where you pick up the keys before your stay are less than a 5 minute walk from the appartment. Third floor with no elevator, we didn't mind at all. The place was clean and comfortable. Overall a great value for the price. :)

Was rather warm and the air con wasn’t the best and was leaking.

The apartment needs some updating. Everything is a bit worn down, especially the towels. The showers aren’t great and hot water wasn’t constant.

The staff are delussional! The whole complex is made out of cardboard. You can hear every creak in the building. Not clean and not worth the money
