We stayed here for 1 week and cooked food by ourselves. The kitchen did not have any salt, oil, tea, soap for dish, so you had to buy them. Sometimes we feel damp smell in the bathroom.

Short distance to the main city of the island. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to beaches. Nice people at the reception who helped to solve any issue and gave advices like where to park the car etc.

Bed mattress wasn't much comfortable. Air-conditioning a little bit noisy. Sofa bed not very convenient for sleeping, so our little son slept with us in the bed.

Very good online communication. Free parking nearby. Appartment was clean and large enough for 2 adults and 1 child.

I liked the sea view the most! My room was upgraded to sea view one with no request even! Thank you🫶 The personnnel is very helpful and guest oriented. The cleaning service is very good. The room is well designed and organised.

The Wi-Fi was often not even showing up in our apartment, and when it did show up and we connected to it, it was too slow to use. We informed reception who said it was working for others - whether this was or wasn’t the case, the Wi-Fi should reach all apartments and have suitable capacity for all guests. There was a laundry room but we were informed by a staff member that the washing machine didn’t work very well, and there was no dryer. Directions were given to the laundrette but it was a reasonable walk away. We hand washed our laundry but struggled to get it dry as the sun never reached our balcony unfortunately. There was no blind on the kitchen window and in our ground floor apartment I would have liked one for privacy in the morning/evening. Finally, a fridge with a small freezer compartment would have been useful for us to be able to freeze an ice pack for our baby’s bottles.

Great location, quiet but close to lots of restaurants and both a small, quiet beach and the main, busier beach. Very friendly, helpful staff. Large, comfortable bed. Lovely swimming pool and sun lounger area. Excellent provision for looking after guests after check out, with luggage room and shower room available. We had a lovely week 😊

the only reason for the 9 and not a 10, is that the bathroom is pretty old. The sink smells, and the water temperature is not stable and change randomly. I wish they fix the temperature thing before someone get burned...

It would be better if the floor could be cleaner. You need to bring seasonings. I stayed in late May. The heating and air-conditioning is in neutral. So it has only fan motion. In the middle of night, it was cold.

It was close to the beach and retaurants. There was sponge and kitchen detergent. The staff was kind and nice and gave information that needed. I recommend it. There is paid parking lot right in front of hotel. There are also steeet parking which is free. But you need a luck to find spot. Luckily I found the spot for both days. There are also free parking lot but takes 5mins or more to walk.

The apartments said they couldn't book an airport transfer for us, it had to be done via booking.com. When we tried this approach we were told there were no transfers available. We had to source our own airport transfer. This was really poor customer service & resulted in some stress to us in arranging our own airport transfer. I may consider not using booking.com going forward.

coffee machine for “filter coffee” without filters. if you want coffee you have to buy it somewhere in the supermarket, but also you have to buy paper filters, would be better and easier to have machine with capsules.

No complaints!

Nice quiet location yet close to everything. Pubs, restaurants and supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Staff were very accommodating. Nice clean pool with very little chlorine which was great for the kids. Lovely big walk in shower. Big tv with hdmi connection for movies etc. Always hot water in the sink which was nice.

No lighting on the stairwells. Nearly fell carrying cases downstairs in the dark.
