Pool closed quite early and found the porter quite aggressive

In the right location decor was a bit dated but it suited us for what we needed

Everything especially locations loads of lively entertainment and restaurants bars and clubs outside your door 😁

Everything was how it should be from a no problem key pick up to easy access to everything in the best location I've ever stayed in in Benidorm rooms where clean enough towels and a good selection of kitchen essentials if you want to do your own food will definitely use again 😉😀

Decor was a bit dated, that’s all I can fault it on

Location was great. Right on the beach and had its own pool. Air con was amazing. We were a group of four blokes and used the two twin rooms. You could easily and comfortably use it as a group of 6/7 as there were two sofa beds in the lounge.

Sunday key pick up would be better nearer to facility. Electric kettle and toaster would have been better.

You have to go and collect and return your keys from an office along the beach front which was a naff on, Beds a bit hard No safety deposit box however the rooms are secure No hair dryer which is no biggie but would be helpful maybe consider putting 1 in

Amazing location, great for tikki beach bar, short walk to other bars and restaurants, shops on door step, We stayed in 9B, plenty room for 6 girls, very clean, everything you need Sea view beautiful, so relaxing looking out, A bit dated which did not affect us in anyway, we all loved it, Also a great price Will definitely be back 👌

The holiday was spoil by the host being so rude and zero customer skills Picking up keys was not easy or close by but checking out was the worse I’ve ever experienced very stressful , letting agent was actually really horrible definitely wouldn’t use that company again but luckily there are other agents with apartments in this block

Keys - 2 sets of keys but each set for different doors better to have two full sets of keys Hair dryer not supplied Directions to the apartment was not clear once we picked up the keys Some of the shutters not working on the windows Toilet paper washing up liquid not supplied not a problem but should state this on description

Location was fantastic right on the beach front - pool area not crowded Clean comfortable and perfect for a family or a small group

There was no hot water all weekend, no key to get through the gate rang and messaged them all weekend no response until 3 days after I’d arrived back home! Would not advise anyone to book this property

When we arrived the coach dropped us of over the road we had to travel 16 mins to another hotel to pick keys up we had 8 bags and a 3 year old we didn’t no ware we was going sat nav took us to the beach we had to try keys in the back gate it was a bit stressful the apartments should put them in a key safe for the customers there’s one out side the apartments

Nothing really. Maybe it would have been nice if they offered free wifi but that was not an issue as we had free roaming.

Right by the beach front Close to everything, the apartment is well equipped very clean and secure Beautiful view from the windows very good communication and prompt response Very good value for the money
