The bathroom was clean, but each time after we used the shower, the drain emitted a very foul stench. This ceased for an evening after housekeeping staff had visited, but we found we had to keep the bathroom door shut to avoid the whole apartment smelling. The facilities in the kitchen were very basic so it wouldn't really be suitable to prepare a meal for example.

The apartment was a very good size - a large living room, bedroom and separate kitchen/drying room. Air con worked well in both the living room and bedroom. The location was also very good - on the edge of the old town but not far (5min drive/15 min walk) from Port de Alcudia for onward travel

I had to wait 10 minutes to check in upon arrival because the host wasn’t at the front desk. But I called the number provided and he got there as quickly as he could.

The property was easily accessible, but it was just far enough from the main hotel strip that it didn’t feel super touristy. It was a also a huge space and I felt very comfortable. I could have stayed here for an entire week comfortably, but I only stayed one night.

I was forced to wait 40min for my check-in, since there was something broken in the bathroom. The air conditioning was only in the sleeping and living room, not in the kitchen or the bathroom. The air conditioner in the sleeping room was throwing out dirt, so that I could not use it, while in bed and the rest of the time I was forced to cover the bed with towels, to keep it clean. When I told the room staff about it, they just offer to change the bedsheets, but not to repair or clean the air conditionair.

The apartment was directly in the old town and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The apartment is big and there is a separated kitchen.

Furniture was a bit dated (but clean). Kitchen missing kettle. Bedroom window faces inner block and neighbours can be noisy, so you have to choose between cold air and silence. Flushing toilet in upstairs flat makes noise.

Huge apartment, newly renovated bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, toaster), comfortable bed, clean sheets, in the beautiful centre of Alcudia, close to the bus and Mercadona supermarket. And reasonable price!

Old aircondition was loud and stinky and did not cool the air down. We suffered from the heat on hot August days. Kitchen was poorly equipped - missing basic equipment like kettle or coffee machine. Worst of all - in the bedroom there was mould on the wall (see photos).

We enjoyed the central location in Alcudia, proximity to Alcudia old town, nice view from the roof top, relatively easy to find parking spot. The cleaning crew did a very good job, even though the cleaning service was not provided everyday.

Air-conditioning was dripping droplets probably due to clogging (we didn't use it as we don't like ACs anyway). Would have been a problem but bed was large enough so we moved our pillows a couple inches lower. As we only stayed for a day and a half we didn't complain but we let the maintenance lady know when we left.

Very large and spacious flat, right inside the old town, so location was perfect. Nice balcony on the 4th, very comfy couches in the living room, large kitchen and nice bathroom.

Spacious apartment, much, much bigger then we expected. Old furniture, but in good condition. Perfect also for longer stays as there is a kitchen with basic cooking utensils and two large built in wardrobes. Location is amazing.

Kettle was missing in the room. Sometimes only hot water in the shower, impossible to wash. Only one towel hanger in the bathroom.

Old town is just around the corner (literally). Bus stop is 5 mins walk. Big market is held every Tuesday and Friday just behind the building. Room has all necessary for comfortable stay

Reception was not manned during our entire stay or during check-in. This means that you can only reach someone by calling them by phone. Bed didn't have blankets, only a bed sheet. However, there was an one person blanket available in the closet. Unfortunately, my partner had to use the bed sheet as blanket. Not really comfortable in October.

Great location: next to the old city wall and close to the bus stop. Also a 1 minute walk to the famous Tuesday/Sunday market. A few minutes walk to the supermarket. The room was what I expected and what was shown on Booking: room was clean, but basic. Bed was comfortable. Good for a short stay.

Very minimum of plates, cups, no kettle etc The fridge was so cold that the food froze, changing did not help. One towel for the kitchen, no sponge etc (minimalistic) AC leaked (did not use it)

I felt welcomed and well treated by the host, it was very clean. It was a good sized apartment and absolute worth the money, very good location. In the center but quiet. Would come back.

The air-conditioning in the living room didn't work and the AC in the kid's bedroom was very loud. The light in the fridge didn't work and the sink was clogged. As there was noone at the reception most of the day and the guy on the phone was responsible for several establishments, I had to clean it myself. Moreover, they empty trash bins only twice a week and when I asked at the reception whether they could empty the full trash bin earlier, I was told to take the trash mysef and bring it to the dumpster couple blocks down the street. :-/

Great location, parking on the street for free. Very spacious apartment. Good value for money. Very clean.

Being scolded on the phone for arriving 30 minutes early and being left out side with our luggage. Then having to call once more for the privelige of getting the room we´ve paid for. The keys didn't work the locks on the outside door and the room door. After wrestling with the key, the door finally opened. The doors in the appartemt will jam, so you can't leave. The construction crew, next door sound like, they're taking down the building. Noise, noise, noise.

The nice man who came to give us the keys after being scolded by un-professional woman on the phone for calling 30 min early and refused to let us in. I liked finally being able to get the door open after the bad-fitting key wrestled with the doorlock for several minutes. I liked, when the construction crew on the neighboring building quit work at 5 pm. and we didn't hear the noise before the next morning at 8.
