Quite dark due to shutters and because it faces an ally and internal courtyard it is quite a dark apartment so you have to have the lights on allot. Shower over bath worked okay but very dated. Iron but no ironing board. Coffee machine didn’t work. We asked for a double bed but it was two singles pushed together. We had a quilt with two sheets but they but they fall off and you have the quilt touching you which isn’t cleaned. Quite noisy early morning as the communal courtyard echoes allot. The reception is in a different building which wasn’t clear when we arrived.

Location was good, bedroom area was simple but comfortable, beds were comfy, Air-con worked very well.

The apartment was very noisy next to the front door and we also could hear the people up stairs all through the night and the next morning. The room was also overly heated on arrival (in winter) and there was no AC to cool it down except a ceiling fan. The room is even a bit too warm at night time for my liking. Staff said that the AC is switched off in winter to keep the room warm enough at night. Still not pleasant during the day. The room is also smaller than it looks on the wide angle photos.

it took quite a while to get our keys and then they did not work very well. You get in through the first door and then the second door (into lobby) would not open. Had to try several times every time we went back to the apartments. The door to the actual apartment worked well. More instructions on how to use the key card with the two front doors.

I didn't like that the room was to be cleaned at an added cost. At least the bins could emptied and the toilet cleaned.

The apartment was very nice. We were offered breakfast in the room and we enjoyed the pampering. Location is extremely good in a typical road in the heart of Seville. We walked everywhere and were not too close to the center, such that noise levels were no big deal.

Ground floor apartment: There is a lot of noise on the small street. The windows are '70 s style with no isolation or soundproofing at all. We woke up at least 6 times per night. The description on Booking.com is not correct.

The location is excellent in the old part of town. Keys can be collected at the Halo hotel. This is nearby. Nice interior.

The location is wonderful! Right in the center of the city, very close to major sites. The staff at the hotel that manages the apartment were exceedingly helpful. We had some additional travel issues come up, and the staff graciously helped us sort them out.

we had a reservation foe the hotel. when we arrived we were told that there is a problem with the room and that they upgraded us for the suite. the truth was that they moved us to a separated apartment from the hotel. it was old and dark room. we had to go up the stairs with the suitcase and there were a lot of problems in the room. the air conditioner was broken, we couldn't control the remote and it was freezing at night. the towel's holder in the shower got broke and fell on my feet and it was heavy! and there is no door to the shower and the water comes out. and the breakfast was a joke. it was a close bags of food like in the airplane. we paid 120 euro! and we were said we got an upgrade, but actually we got separated from the hotel. it was not a good experience for us and we were on our honeymoon. too bad!

25 EUR additional fee for arrival after 21h :-( not communicated before booking. Too many contact persons, who obviously do not communicate with each other, make it difficult for the guest. Although everyone was friendly and the response time was short, it is annoying when you are asked, for example, 3 times for your passport ID. I really wanted 2 separate beds and had this confirmed in writing. Upon arrival, the surprise - even for the employee - the beds were not separated. No possibility to get another apartment, only the next day. The apt was on the first floor, very dark, the bed separated from the busy alley only by half meter. Therefore, the floor-to-ceiling window could not be opened, no curtain. We turned on the air conditioner. No one told us it was broken, it was heating instead of cooling. Stifling heat in the room. A portable air conditioner in the room was also broken. The staff knew the problem. They apologized the next day and offered free breakfast. The new apt was then frozen, here was then missing a blanket ! There was none ! Only a sheet. Late check-out was offered but after we have left for sightseeing we were asked to come back and pack our stuff as the room was needed at 1pm.

The bathtub was not perfectly clean (some hair left from the previous guests) and the shower extremely small and not working properly. Also, the two small beds stuck next to each other were of bad quality and the sheets too small for the pillows..

Alert! Someone met us in person to hand over the keys and fill out some forms. He asked for our credit number to which we refused. He insisted and said it was for some sort of guarantee in case the property was damaged and refused to hand over the keys. We were tired from our long journey and so gave in. After our 2 night stay we left and found out there was fraudulent activity and the unauthorized individual had charged over the limit on the card. The credit card company cancelled my card. This experience was not pleasurable and spoiled our vacation. We had stayed in a number of hotels and apartments in Spain but none had asked for our credit card number before checking in. Pls be careful and do not give out your sensitive information anywhere when travelling. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

The apartment has no heating and although in March it was quite cold. One towel, even if it is large, is not enough.

A nice lady picked us up at the meeting point and drove us to the apartment. Everything was perfect. The location is extraordinary: 10 minutes walk from all the monuments and attractions. Just in the middle of the action!. Several very good Tapas Bar at wolking distance.

Very noisy apartment. You can hear every single word that neibours are speaking. False fire alarm turned on at the midle of the night. Smell of mold and bad ventilation at the apartment. There was dishes but no sponge and dish washer to wash the dishes. There was only one blanket for 2 persons. So first night it was quite cold...second day personel gave me a second blanket, so later everything was fine.

The apartment is in the city centre - amazing location - 200m away from the cathedral and Alcazar and you can walk up to any point in the city. It is very clean, big and has everything you need. The staff is very helpful and respods to messages right away. We requested an iron and they brought it almost right away.

best location at 5 mn walk from Alcazar palace and historical center. the little Squarre around the corner has 2 wonderful restaurants. very quiet place and super comfortable beddings. helpful and friendly staff
