They charge as a hotel with a full breakfast. I understand its apartment hotel but not even soap in the shower. It's a little 80s style decoration. The property is clean but needs some updates. The pool is clean but in a closed area with the rooms build around it so you must move sunbeds to follow the sun/shadow. For the price paid i would book a hotel with breakfast included next time would be a better deal for short stays.

The fact that there was no air conditioning, it was impossible to cook in the small kitchen without air conditioning. The pool was always packed and people there were noisy and nobody paid attention to the rules adn rules around the pool were not reinforced.

Location was perfect, close to the beach and shops, very clean and excellent service. Staff was very friendly and very attentive.

Proximity to the beach and town was great. Communal areas were well maintained and comfortable. Appartment decor is simple but modern inside and seemed freshly painted.

Free Wi-Fi was not very good, however there is specific area on the ground floor.

Perfect location, right near the seaside. Also, not far from the railway station where trains go to Barcelona every 30 mins. Swimming pool is good enough with area for small kids.

The apartment was very basic (no toaster or coffee machine). And not very clean when we arrived but the moment they realised they sent a cleaning lady right away.

The location is great, 40 meters from the beach. The staff was very helpful. They have a nice playing area for kids. Family atmosphere.

Noise after 11.00 from appartments above. Running water, flushing toilets until 3.30 am. Dragging furniture noise. Talking loudly. Child/ baby with special needs screaming.

Costa D'or apartments are self catering apartments. All the kitchen utensils, plates, towels, bedding are in your apartment. The local supermarket Condis is on the same side street as the apartment block. The complex reception staff were really nice, especially Juan Carlos who was fantastic with helping me and my fiancee.. The train station is Callafell (NOT Segur Calafell).. Get the train from Barcelona airport T2 , that takes you to Sants Estatio in Barcelona. Then go to platforms 11+12 to catch the coastal train to Vincenc de Calders.. Calafell station is 1 hour ride south on that line.. Last train from Bcn Sants to Calafell is 23.04pm.. Costa D'or apartments are just a 5 minute walk in between the station and the sea front. Train times Calafell to Barcelona are every 07 or 37 mins. Barcelona to Calafell are every 04 or 34 mins.. 11 euros for a return train ticket.. Then buy a 24 or 48 hour unlimited metro ticket in Barcelona Sants estatio for around 18 - 25 euros.. Costa D'or is a lovely little complex and nice pool. The beach is a 3 minute walk away from Costa D'or , beautiful sea front with lots of shops and restaurants. There are also lots of Bars in central Calafell to enjoy... We will definitely both be staying here again soon..

The only problem was the twin beds put together to make a double for me and my partner which were uncomfortable. One of us would sink in between the mattresses. Other miniscule issues would be the noisiness from other apartments e.g. Babies screaming in the morning but thats out of the staffs control

Location was perfect, right beside the beach. The apartment complex was beautiful and very well maintained. The pool was amazing and very intimate. The apartment was fair size. overall the staff were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. Would highly reccomend.

The internet wasn’t very good which caused some issues with my husband when he had to connect for work.

Our time at the apartments was great. The facilities were clean, well maintained and comfortable for my family of 5. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic! 1 block away from a beautiful beach and a block away from the train station that took us all over. It was close to entertainment in the evenings as well as markets, stores, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Spotlessly clean apartment in a perfect location, staff were all so friendly, very patient with our lack of Spanish and always ready to help. our flight was delayed but the lovely Man that was on the desk greeted us at the door , provided us with a map with all the local amenities pre marked. the kitchen was fully equipped with all you’ll need, however the area is very well priced compared to central Barcelona.
