The beds was quite dirty and too worn . Specially the sofa bed was very old and bad smell . I slept 1 night on sofa bed then tomorrow morning I woke up with with terrible back ache . Kitchen was fine . There was no blanket for sofa bed as well . If you are really want to be close to Ramblas streat this place would have advantage otherwise not worth for the money as it has not any comfort.

5 of us. 5 towels. One got dirty, and the manager said that we are not allowed another one. Ridiculous. Luckily we managed to catch a lovely cleaning lady who helped us. Arrived to a broken toilet which magically sorted and broke itself.

But I also have some negative points. First of all, the apartment is not equipped with any heat source. I was simply freezing cold in the house. The second point: there is no bedside table near the beds. Everything else was fine.

The location of this apartment is fabulous. It is very close to the metro, parking lots, shops, the center, absolutely everything. You can reach all the tourist spots without any problems.

It was in rough shape. The kitchen was very barebones, supply-wise. The shower was effective but very, very tiny; barely any room to move once inside even for a 110lb woman. The shower also leaked onto the floor every time it was used. The beds were probably the hardest, most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept in and the pillows felt almost nonexistent. We barely spent any time in the apartment so it wasn’t a big deal otherwise. Also, the alley where the entrance was didn’t feel safe. My daughter was almost mugged one night before entering but such is the situation in this part of Barcelona.

We loved the location. The quality of the plethora of restaurants in the area was incredible. The towels were nice, big, and thick. Loved having a safe box. Keyless entry was nice and having barred main doors made us feel safe.

Bathroom had mould; shower only had handheld shower head - not mounted to wall; we requested twin beds and the property confirmed this, but when we arrived they only had a double bed; it was impossible to tell what the room would look like from the ad, as they included photos of all the rooms without specifying which was which

it wasn’t the cleanest, the air conditioner was not great, the shower was tiny, I could never get the Mobile app to work to open the doors. They gave us codes and they worked fine.

One of the beds was broken and the shower drained slowly but I plundered it and it got better. And my original bill for city tax said 133 euro and after I paid I realized it was 189 euro . And in the end only 3 people stayed not the 4 we said so paid taxes for 4 people.

The terrace advertised is not really a terrace, it's a Juliet balcony. Although very clean, the apartment was not very well maintained - a light bulb in the bathroom was blown, the shower enclosure had a missing door and was replaced with a curtain, there was limescale, the sink was filling up with water when used.

The location was really good. The apartment was overall very clean, and in a quiet area. The interior was really pleasant. It had all amenities you need (kettle, fridge, stove, utensils etc.) Bed linen and towels we're provided and we're very clean.

Location was quite off-putting up a narrow dark street, which smelled of urine and I was nervous walking up it at night with children and homeless men sitting on the doorstep. Plus the shower was very bad, not enough hot water for 4 of us to shower plus it kept getting blocked and shower tray would fill to capacity and had to turn off taps and wait for water to drain away.

Nice & clean once inside the apartment door. Comfortable enough & a good location for exploring from.

The shower was broken, which meant we couldn’t shower properly for 4 days.. We couldn’t access the terrace at all. The airconditioning was also broken and leaked, which wasn’t much of a problem (in October). The apartment runs on a efficient system in which only cleaners will ever get to see the building (not the host), which is unfortunately probably why they never will fix any of these small things.

The property looked the same as on the photos, and the location was good. Check in was very smooth and smart (opening the door at 15 exactly with your phone). It’s low-budget, so don’t expect more than that.
