Fabulous location.

The shower in the bath / there should be a hand rail as I found this quite slippery and dangerous getting in and out.

Upon arrive, we found a massive cockroach under the fridge and mouse poo throughout the cupboards. The sheets were stained and dirty. The safe was broken and unusable. We tried to contact the property contact several times. A „cleaner” was send. The same issues remained after they left and we were upset someone entered the apartment without the safe functioning.

Perfect location for sightseeing, very central and in a safe area. Close to shops, restaurants and the Plaza Catalunya for buses eg hop on hop off and the airport bus. Easy walk to the waterfront end too without having to walk down Las Ramblas. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. Good checking in procedure with excellent communication of what to do and where to go and someone met us there to check we were ok.

Nothing really. Except the blinds in the lounge need fixing and one set of windows didn’t have any (behind the dining room table).

Stairs or walk to the apartment

Great location and silent flat, which is not a given in Barcelona! It was loud outside, but once the windows were closed, I slept like a baby. Clean and relaxing; when I arrived there was an issue with the wi-fi in the building for the check in, but the hosts had my check in sorted straight away, no waiting at all. Maria wlaked me to the flat and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving, she was lovely!

The good...Great location. Comfortable bed. A/C worked well. Old but comfortable furniture. Spacious. Room 21F

The bad...tub is slippery, it needs a mat. Soap was so small almost impossible to hold, no supplies to make coffee. We sent an email asking for additional pillows and we never got a response. Room 21F

Everything excellent apartment and brilliant location

The apartment was in the best location and picking up the keys was super easy! It’s a spacious apartment with everything you’d need for a longer stay, but is equally as perfect for a short stay like ours. The host was super responsive which I always appreciate. Muchas gracias!

Location was the best part

The key pick up was challenging after a 24 hr journey from Australia. Cleaner was still cleaning when we arrived after arranged check in time so we had to leave & come back later. No plug for kitchen sink made washing dishes challenging.

The property is well located. The apartment is basic but has everything that you need. The building has an elevator.

All the process is through a machine or by phone so it feels very impersonal. We had some problems checking in and we had to call since there was nobody around to ask. The apartment wasn’t very clean either.

Tle flat is in a perfect location, very central, right Catalunya Square. It is large with lot of space.

The keys were collected in another address, in a 5min walk. It was infremed after the booking was confirmed. It was fine forme, but I may think it could be a bit problematic for elderly guests. When I arrived at the flat, I found out that the toilet had been used and not cleaned or flushed. Onky small towels were procided, there were several of them, but no large towels.
