Noise from the other rooms and corridors at late night (nearly midnight) made us upset. I politely asked them to lower their voice and they ignored continued talking. Very Rude. Nothing to do with the hotel itself but issues with those guests who stayed. If every guest respected others, I would stay again. Kitchen is quite small with minimum cutlery.

Every staff is super helpful and friendly. Overall it is very clean. Got all the Cafe and supermarkets nearby walking distance

The only knife in the kitchenette was edgeless, almost unusable. Poor light, not suitable for work in the evening.

Breakfast food was simple but good. However I didn’t like the plastic plates they serve it on. And also the cutlery was very tiny. Like the size fork you would use for a cake or so. It’s nicer to eat from proper plates with proper cutlery.

Super clean room. And the best rain shower ever. Location is very convenient near metro L3 to La Rambla. But also around the corner of Diagonal street which has numerous shopping malls. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

Aircon wasnt working. Admittedly i didnt report this as it was only an issue where room was a bit warm when we first checked in - temperature was fine rest of time, so maybe hotel don't turn it on in Feb. Staff were always willing to help, so I'm sure they would have addressed this had i raised it

Super comfortable and clean. Well equipped - soap and toothbrushes in bathroom, plates and cooking facilities in kitchen. Excellent location - great amenties but not too noisy at night. 5 mins walk from Les Corts metro from where it was less than 10 mins on metro to all attractions, with trains running every 2 minutes. We arrived really early and staff checked to see if they could still give us the room, however it was not ready yet. They let us store our cases there so we could go exploring. There is a restaurant in hotel, but didn't eat there as we were out in other areas.

The kitchen set in the room appeared to be somewhat random in its contents, for example there was no kitchen knife. Nevertheless, I've asked for it on the reception desk, and in just a few minutes it was already brought to our room. The total lack of toilet brush however is other thing and it's confusing really. A really strange thing to be missing, eh?..

Friendly and helpful staff. Soundproof windows, bathtub in the room. Hotel is close to the subway station and regional train station. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby - maybe not as colorful and robust as in the center of the city, but all the real necessities are here in the vicinity.

The kitchen is not well equipped, no kettle or knife. No basic pepper, sugar, salt, coffee or tea bags that are available at their restaurant, just the small things that make you feel welcomed...

Kitchen amenities could be better: for example we needed a wine bottle opener (had to borrow it from the reception), and a cutting board. Only two water glasses and two small coffee cups. This is not crucial, but I think it could be better. The TV channels selection was very poor (only in spanish, no music channels).

Excellent location, to recommend. Very close to metro station (L3), close to Avenia Diagonal where you have trams and buses, very easy to get to all main attractions. Also you can find nearby a lot of cafes, bakeries, shops with a variety of food and whatever you need for pleasant stay. Lidl is a few streets away (5 min walk). We had 6 nights stay in the hotel and we were very satisfied with the most of things: the hotel was very clean (they clean rooms and change towels every day), very safe, very quiet, Internet was very good (all over the hotel, and in the room, too). Central heating, it worked perfectly. Buffet breakfast was correct, maybe it could be with more variety, but it was delicious. After checking out, we left our luggage at the reception (for free), and could enjoy the whole day (we had flight in the evening). You have small kitchen in the apartment with the fridge and cooker, also have a water heater to make a tea or coffee....

The lighting in the room was a little complicated with switches everywhere. It took a few minutes to figure out where the correct switch was. Natural light was a bit low due to the room location. No view except the sky from the window.

I enjoyed my stay because of the location. The metro, as well as other forms of transportation were easily accessible. I liked the neighborhood including the nice shopping options that were very near by. Check in was quite easy. The small kitchenette had a mini fridge, tea kettle, as well as plates and cutlery which made simple meals easy. The shower had excellent water pressure.

Decent value for money for half board but the food wasn’t great - stale pastries and bread for breakfast. Menu in restaurant for dinner didn’t have a vegetarian option, and also didn’t change so was the same every day. Sofa in the apartment and beds uncomfortable. No air con even though it was 25c outside - only heating so apartment was very hot.

Reception area was good, staff were nice, location good for our visit.

We have had dinner included (which has been at additional charge). 3 evenings in a row the food was absolutely the same, but, which disappointed us most, was that the quality of the food and the service became worse and worse with every single day. Also, the "drinks included" changed with each and every waitress. In conclusion, questionable quality of the food with each and every day, unclear communication. Do not recommend.

Confortable couch and bed, nice bathroom. Well located and closely connected to public transportation, shopping centres. The staff was kind enough to allow early check in without a fee, highly appreciated!

The city tax. After paying for my booking which clearly stated "including taxes and charges" it kinda threw me off that we still had to pay more after check in. It was like 5€ per person per night? And like I don't mind paying it but I want it to be written somewhere so I know beforehand that it's a thing. I checked the booking again after check-in in my room to see if i missed something and I couldn't find anything about another fee. I also didn't appreciate the lack of choice for dinner. We were there from Tuesday-Friday morning, so we got our first dinner on Tuesday and the menu clearly stated "Menu of the day" with the choice of 5 different meals per course (3 courses meal). That's fine, except the menu of the day turned out to be a menu of the week, as we soon found out all the days had the same menu so if you only liked 1 dish out of 5 you better just eat that one dish every evening (the paper menu was called Menu of the Day, but then at the bottom you can see that it says "Menu from Monday to Friday"). Not to mention 1 out of those 5 choices required you to pay extra. We ended up eating the same thing several times as we didn't like all options and if I knew that beforehand, I probably wouldn't choose it again and just explored new meals in outside restaurants instead. The dinner itself wasn't bad, no, I liked the meals that I chose. Just the lack of choice.

The rooms were clean and pretty, despite the reviews I've seen about noise in lower floors we were just fine (2nd floor) and barely ever heard anything. Breakfast was good, I liked the variety of choices there. The cleaning ladies would come everyday to clean up our room, make the bed and give us new towels, even when we had a "Do not disturb" sign on the door and they couldn't come in during their usual time (we got a note under the door that they were on the round while we had the sign out) once we left and came back in the evening the room was still cleaned, which was really great and I didn't expect that someone would still come back for our room. There was a small kitchen but we didn't use it as we had half-board included and during lunch we were mostly outside. There were toothbrush included in the bathroom incase you forgot yours. The beds were comfortable but I do recommend double bed as we had two single beds and the hole in the middle is just annoying.
