The reception was closed for several hours in the afternoon every day and couldn't speak to anybody regarding a couple of small issues we had. The breakfast is expensive for what you get. We were charged extra for having another coffee each, but that wasn't communicated to us at the time. Price of the sauns is also expensive for 30mins.

Great location in Vielha, quiet and walkable to the town center. Very comfortable large room (we stayed in the suite apartment). Good heating if needed, and very cozy. Friendly staff.

The breakfast is not very worth money. In very early morning there was someone moving the heavy luggage or trolley through corridor that made noise

The kitchen was very small and unequipped. Not suitable for a daily use of a family. No dishwasher or laundry machine and the hotel charges 10 Euros to use one.

Everything was great. The only slight problem was there was a heat wave when I stayed. There is a ceiling fan in the living room, but not in the bedroom. The windows are floor to ceiling, so had to keep the curtains drawn in the day to stop the sun heating the suite even more.

I was upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic, thank you! Everything was very clean and comfortable. It's a nice quiet location, and just a few minute's walk to the main shopping / restaurant street.

warm attic . no aircondition I' have banged head and shoulders a few times till I was trained. hotel gym/sauna facilities not operated. we asked for two beds so they stuck us in the attic.

Hotel did't answer or seem to be aware of my "extra information request" when I booked.

The bed was very well made with several sheets and blankets, which means you can take layers off until you are comfortable. Some hotels just provide one thin sheet and blanket in summer which always leaves you cold and means you have to go downstairs and ask for extra blankets! So that was great. It was perfectly silent at night, - even though the room wasn't one facing the river and was next to the elevator - so I slept really well. All in all the studio for 44 euros was really good value and I will book it again! The restaurants right opposite are the best value ones in town, as they are not for tourists.

the shortest room times i have ever seen anywhere in the world - check from 5pm and have to leave at 11am !!!!! Also despite booking a family suite, this being the 3rd or 4th time i have done so at this location, with a bedroom and a separate sofa bed in lounge, i was asked for 20 euros extra when they saw my daughter was with us, i asked for what, and they said extra shower!!!??? same heating, same beds, we didnt have any meals or breakfast yet they wanted an extra 20eurs on top of an already expensive single night price - i said i'd pay but i would never stay again, as they seem to be fleecing customers to make up for the covid years - very bad customer service.
