Minor things -Couch was peeling and needs replacing. Not much privacy in bathroom adjacent to living area - frosted glass with a gap. Ok with a partner but not a third person.

Fantastic position in a quiet laneway. Walkable to all the sights. The market was a short walk away. We loved the space and the beautiful court yard. Most incredible tapas bar seconds up the road. Great communication.

Toilet in the top bedroom didn’t fill up, had to use a bucket every time! not a big deal but we weren’t camping!

Nothing really. Just a suggestion which is hopefully they can put airconditioning in each room instead of a fan.

We loved our stay in our apartment. It’s right in the middle of town and close to everything we need. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and we have all the kitchen utensils we need in case we decide to cook which was very rarely since there’s a lot of affordable restaurants to eat at. Internet was good and there’s enough towels for everybody. My only suggestion is maybe they can provide airconditioning in each room as even at night time it gets so hot in the bedroom a fan isn’t sufficient enough to cool the room down. We really appreciate the cleanliness, comfort and the beauty of the apartment though and will definitely book again hopefully before summer next time.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. We were two families, 6 adults in total. There was so much room, we never once felt crowded. The location was amazing! Maria was a wonderful host. I could not recommend this apartment enough.

Very minor complaint, shower leaked, only one charger beside the bed

The location was excellent, supermarket 2 min walk away, tram stop to get to the beach 10 min walk away, near loads of bars and restaurants. Having a bottle of water and coffee pods was a great touch. Maria was excellent telling us how to get around.

Compact studio apartment with everything we needed, including toiletries which was a nice touch. Arcadi was very friendly and helpful, sending us recommendations for places to eat after we'd checked in.

Beautifully restored, spotless, smelt very fresh, comfy beds, well located with squares just round the corner. Sofa bed in front room was perfect as an extra bedroom, the top bedroom above the dining room was an mezzanine with limited head height, nice space probably more suitable for an older kid/teen, might not be for everyone. Plenty of space. Really quiet.

Exceptional host and property! The host responded very fast to all our needs and accommodated all our requests. In addition, he provided very useful information about local places to visit/ eat and activities. The property is located in the old town, close to everything: stores, bars, restaurants, interesting sights. If you want to go beyond the old town, the public transport connectivity is excellent.

The apartment is a little tight for space but it was made up forcing character and a small light court

Modern classy fit out within an historic building that is allowed to show through. Location is right in the heart of old Valencia but an easy walk from taxis etc

We had a lovely stay at downtown apartament. Arcadi is very kind host, he gave us a lot of helpful advices and put in the apartment an extra bed and a highchair for our baby. The apartment is very clean and very confortable, it has everything you may need during your stay if you want to have your meals at the apartment. The position is very good if you want to visit the ancient city. On night time can be a little bit noisy during the weekend but not that bad. You have a metro station at 20 minutes by walking from the apartment and you can arrive at the seaside or either at the airport in less than 30 minutes ride. We do enjoy Apartment Downtown and we surely recommend it for your holiday in valencia.
