The apartment was adequate but seriously needs things fixing and updating. I've stayed there over the last 8yrs and it's getting kind of run down. Don't take this as a negative because I will carry on staying there. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is also good

The kitchen could be more equipt. Like with some coth towels or drying rack. Also bit more bowls and pans.

it was a big building and it was a bit far from city center. car was needed to drive to public transport. the building was so big that one could get lost inside looking for the apartment! minor issue but gives an idea of size of the complex.

The apartment had a washer for clothes! this helped a lot but to dry we could only hang clothes inside (no terrace). the kitchenette had pots and pans to cook, apartment was as pictured. all good. garage is covered in basement or there is a lot of space for street parking as well. we had the covered garage option.

There were plenty of things lacking - nothing to clean your dishes, no wine/beer opener. The door to the fridge was extremely loud and the shower was copletely broken (fortunately it was repaired next day). It defenitely needs some freshening-up. Eventhough the swimming pool was open in the hotel it was strictly said that we are not allowed to use it.

If the hotel overview tells the clients how to get to the hotel by the fast bus M163 from the bus terminal, we would feel much easier. First time to find the bus is very confusing, after we found it , we feel much more relax to stay outside of Seville. The kitchen is very basic, missing a lot of things like wine opener, cutting knife, coffee machine.

There is a front desk and we are able to talk to the real person. There is washing machine very useful.

In the apartment our hairdryer did not work (apartments 219) and both apartments we had, the aircon only worked in living room and you could not change temperature or fan speed. So we had to leave the bedroom door open so room was cool when we slept . The hotel was amazing, just wish there had been a hotel bar. We however will definitely stay again. Thank you

Room very clean, staff quick and efficient at check-in. Pool area very nice. Sadly some chewing gum melted into artificial grass which stuck on our towel (still we can't remove it)

I believe that smoking is allowed in the building. We were both remote working and the wifi is very slow and drops in and out so we spent most of the time on our hotspot. There is free garage parking, but it was not explained to us. There is a card you get from the front desk, but we didn't get one initially, and then it didn't work. It was easy enough to get another one, but we went to the hotel front desk 3x for the parking card over 4 days. The pool is nice, but it would make it more comfortable if there are loungers or places to sit around the apartment pool.

It is supplied with the basic necessities. It was very clean on arrival. There is a bus stop about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to go into the city. There was free parking on-site and a swimming pool in both the hotel and attached to the apartments we were staying in. We were supplied with shampoos and soaps as well as a small bag with a fresh scrubbie, dish soap, trashbags. The apartment has a lot of light. The shower pressure was strong and the water was hot. The front desk was friendly and accomodating when we decided to extend our stay.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable. When sofa is opened there is not enough space in the kitchen. You have to drive to Seville but this is a tradeoff for the free parking, so it's not exactly negative.

If you consider these apartments you'll have all the things you need for your stay with a free parking included. The price is very competative.

Unfortunately the dining chairs were due a wipe down with a damp soapy cloth. They had obviously been overlooked for a regular clean. along with the splashback in the kitchen..

The apartment contained everything we needed for self catering. The accommodation was really comfortable the mattresses were extremely good quality. Perfect night's sleep. Bathroom was very clean.
