Small quiet apartment building. Great location for views and sunsets and less than 5 mins walk to Supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Easy check in, staff very helpful. Lovely clean apartments, beautifully made up with lots of thoughtful touches like toiletries, and welcome pack. Everything we hoped for and more.

Despite the apartment being nicely decorated, we could see it is quite worn down and could definitely use some repainting. The cleaning could also definitely be improved. We could see a lot of dust under the bed and some crumbs in the corners. There was also a very bad odour coming from the toilet. Luckily the lid managed to block the odour. Another thing is the deposit. There is a 500€ security deposit that you have to pay by bank transfer, or you could use the credit card but they charge 18€ for the fees. You can also pay 30€ for the deposit waiver which I wouldn’t bother because the house is already quite worn down. Just wish those thing were written more clearly BEFORE the booking. Overall it was still definitely a beautiful apartment and would choose to come again.

The location of the apartment and the view from it were definitely the highlights of our stay. Son Bou was very quiet when we went there in September making it perfect to relax and rewind. And the view from our terrace was just amazing. The apartment has more or less all what we needed for a short stay and was nicely decorated. They even provide beach towels. Beds were comfortable. The pool area is also very nice with some huge sunbeds and a barbecue area. Plenty of space to park the car around.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! A couple of suggestions though: Provide clear instructions on how to operate the safety deposit box in the bedroom. A general information pack about the area, beaches, amenities etc could be useful to leave in the property. Also check out time seems a little early and check in time quite late in the day. There are a lot of steps to the property and steep inclines to walk up which could prove very challenging for some so it could be useful to point that out in the property description.

Great location, peaceful, beautiful views, lovely pool which never seemed crowded or busy( we more or less had it to ourselves ) Situated in a stunning location and generally very quiet and peaceful all the time. The luxury welcome pack included water and milk as well as a nice bottle of wine and some jamon. The provision of towels for the poolside was greatly appreciated too. The air conditioning was very effective and made a big difference through the night making sleeping a lot easier in high temperatures.

Air conditioning doesn’t work properly. Rooms are very small. Kitchen isn’t very well equipped to cook in a daily basis.

The location is nice and the Son Bou beach is accessible on foot (about 15 min walk). So are a few shops and restaurants. The appartments were confortable and in good condition. There is street parking with enough space. Staff is very responsive and friendly.

No change of towels at all during the 6 days stay . no washing mashing, no cleaning at all for all the stay and even was asked to take the rubbish out for the last day. You have to clean and swipe the floor during your holiday and to spend more money to get towels cleaned or wash it By hand ? I paid 1000 euros for 6 days as a solo traveler to encounter such service, is not acceptable! The check in is at 16 PM and check out at 10am

The maturate was a bit too hard which made it difficult to sleep on but overall OK. The location on Booking.com at the initial booking is different than the actual location of the apartment.

I have nothing negative to say about the apartment or its location. Son Bou though has been hit by rocketing prices both the supermarkets and eating out is very expensive. Take a trip to Mahon and stock up at the Lidl or Aldi for the week. The prices at Menorca airport are eyewatering!

Excellent welcome from the friendly staff at the reception office. The property has excellent views of Son Bou and the sea beyond - sunsets were amazing. Perfect for 4 people. The apartment was very confortable (beds excellent), and the welcome pack was a bonus. The pool and general pool area was very clean and welcomed after a day sightseeing. The aircon (proper air con not just warm air being recirculated like some of the hotels nearby!) was essential given the 30+ degree temperatures. 10 - 15 minute walk and you are on the beach or the local supermarkets and other amenities in the area. I would recommend car hire to get you to the other fantastic resorts in Menorca - the local buses were always packed.

It sleeps 4 adults but with only 1 bathroom I feel that would be a push. The sitting room is perfect but would be very tight for 4-we were 3. Bring your own hairdryer as the hairdryer is one of those wall mounted and means you have to to go into the bathroom to use (v warm) and keep your hand permanently on the switch. Would have benefited from leaving more cleaning products to use and a mirror in the spare room. Would be good to have a hook to hang your towels in the bathroom. But this is nit picking really. Very comfortable place with amazing views and good location. Would be great if they had an arrangement with a taxi company. To call a cab on the local app we often ended up paying €9/10 in some cases more then the meter. The admin for the app is €5 and its a glorified reservations platform rather than anything like Free Now/Uber. The company never answer the phone. So its the app or taxi rank in the town.

Clean and modern apartment. The view from the property is amazing. Its a small complex and very quiet, clean. Its up hill so not for folks that are not in their fittest health unless they have a car. Son Bou is quiet but the most amazing beach and great base to tour from. We hired a car but also got taxis to other restaurants and nights out in Mahon.

The bathroom really needs to be renovated, and also when using the shower the water goes all the way into the living room. the pool area is not very clean, the balinese sofa has been dirty of seagull poop for all the week. the weekly room cleaning was very hasty.

Nice location with great view on Son Bou beach. The apartaments are well equipped and have everything you need. The beach is about 15 minutes walk, and about 200m there is a supermarket and a very good bakery. Son Bou is very touristic but it is ideal for families or as base for touring the island.
