Room Size is small to my taste, especially when sharing. When I travel, I want to open my suitcase and plan on the go for a few days. This wasn't possible here. And Toiletries need an upgrade, though it's a minor issue.

The hotel is huge, and next to the popular tourist lane. It is clean and has all the facilities expected from a resort hotel. Bar was well stocked, not way overpriced, Rooms were clean, staff was courteous & warm. The breakfast spread was good, and overall we found it similarly priced across areas. It has a good spa with good therapists. I will recommend it for a hassle-free stay.

The distribution of sunbeds needs to be better organized as there was no system at all. The entertainment was quite fine, but it would have been appreciated if it could continue until 12:00 as in the other hotels around.

The food was exceptionally delicious. Chapeau to the cook and the patissiere. Every day different dishes, with lots of daily surprises. Extremely happy with the food. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning ladies were really kind. The hotel staff were always supportive to our needs and requests, including the SPA staff.

This would be rated as a 3-star hotel in many other countries. Rooms are outdated, furniture is old, walls are dirty, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Small fridge wasn't working well, no hot water boiler in the room. Not much variety at the breakfast buffet, which is the same every day. If you expect 4-star quality, I'd recommend finding a different place.

The bed was not comfortable at all. I just believe all the hotels in Spain has same spring bed. The toilet pot was shaking all the time.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but this is typical for the region. It accommodates several hundreds of guests simultaneously which gives an impression of mass tourism. they are handling the crowds however very efficiently

The spacious lobby and great parking, even for big cars. Very helpful reception staff(many thanks Santiago!). Excellent animation in the evening. Good fun for the kids at the Mini Disco.

Being a very busy hotel who caters for tourists you can expect to be very busy , but there is option to be accommodated at different floor or different room to avoid the crowds.

We have returned again to Aqua Marina , the has remained a beautiful place for everyone, the hotel has maintained his beautiful spot centre of Santa Susana, very private and exceptional members of staff !

Our first room 1153 on arrival. But we got it changed without any problem from reception.

The food was very good. Staff in the restaurant and at reception very friendly and competent. Especially, we believe he is the manager of the hotel, Robert. Looking forward to coming back again.

dinner buffet (apart from dessert). there was sooo much food and nothing from the mains was really good or at the quality I wished fort. I had a salad and fruits.... not worth the money.

- location -dessert (when taking the dinner buffet) and breakfast - staff: the lady gave us a room which was not cleaned/ready and when I went and informed she upgraded our room.
