Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing - would happily stay again!
Tano was amazing - went above and beyond with anything and everything we needed on this trip. Was always available to help and advise. The Villa was stunning in the perfect location. We loved it!

Days prior to our stay we were already very kindly contacted by the owner of the property, Gaetano. He asked us when we expected to arrive the villa and if there is anything he could assist us with (food, groceries, special requests for the kids). The hospitality and genuine meant dedication was amazing. Also during our stay, Tano kept showing interest and offering assistance n case we needed anything. The best contact I ever experienced when renting a house for holiday.

An amazing property with an incredible host. Tano could not have done anything more for us - breakfast delivered to the villa each morning, transfers organised, recommendations for restaurants, bars, beach clubs etc etc. The property is beautiful, great for a larger group. Highly recommend - you will not be disappointed.

I recently stayed at Tano’s property and it was perfect from start to finish. Tano went above and beyond, including a fully stocked welcome fridge which was a lovely touch. The accommodation was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described. The pool was clean and provided a great place to relax. Tano’s attention to detail and hospitality were exceptional. He was always available for any questions and offered excellent local recommendations. Tano is an outstanding host. I highly recommend his property and look forward to returning.

Great villa that feels like home as soon as you arrive. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors with really clean facilities. We were given so much help by Gaetano before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. He really helped to make our stay extra easy

nothing-everything was perfect
Our Host is was very nice. He took care of the groceries and everything else. He was available 24 Hours a day and helped us to get taxis, transfer and gave us good restaurant recommendations. The Villa is perfect for big groups. The villa has space for 10-11 people and 5 Rooms with comfy beds, 2 kitchen, living room and 4 bathrooms. Each room looks very stylish and modern.

Gaetano is just amazing!! He really couldn’t have done more to ensure we had the most perfect trip in Ibiza. Before arriving, Gaetano answered the many questions I had promptly and gave lots of recommendations. He fully stocked the fridge (from a list I provided plus bought much more at his own expense) and also arranged all of our taxi journeys. He was so welcoming and kept in touch the whole holiday, to make sure we had everything we needed. And the villa is just beautiful… perfect for a group of friends. Thank you again Gaetano 💫

What an amazing property and holiday! It was absolutely perfect for our trip and we had the best time staying in this villa. Tano was the best host and made sure we were so well taken care of during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed which made everything so seamless and welcoming, from taxis, food, locations and venues to visit - it was incredible!! We even were able to have breakfast delivered to the villa which was exactly what we wanted! Thank you so much for a wonderful trip 😊
