Tbe beds were to hard, not comfortable

The beds were incredibly hard, like sleeping on a concrete block. It was so bad that after the first night I slept on the sofa.

The property is well located on a quiet street only one block from the beach. There was plenty of bars & restaurants nearby as well as a Mercadona supermarket within walking distance. Apartment kitchen was well equipped and clean. Apartment was a reasonable size with a large balcony. Check in was easy and staff are friendly & helpful. Parking in the underground carpark is charged at €10 a night, you get a dedicated space and your room keycard is the access card for the garage. Pets are allowed at a charge of €12 a night and you must produce the pet passport to be allowed in with your pet. There is a mini market next door to the complex selling essentials & fresh bread, they are open until 2am which is useful for late arrivals.

Old fashioned style in the hallways with carpets, awkward smell in the reception area.

Comfortable king size beds and pillows. Big balcony with nice views. Supermarket in the same building.

The aparthotel is very well situated for easy access to the beach & numerous bus stops for visiting Malaga & resorts in all directions. There are plenty of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance & there is an excellent supermarket nearby. The reception staff are very friendly & helpful. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of staying in a very well equipped apartment, combined with the services of a hotel.

Property reserved money from us to have deposit for booking, it was first time when hotel did this. where was no parking place, they offered paid parking in their parking space but we was afraid to do not fit in garage as there is really small space for entering to parking

Room on 3rd floor faced east, no natural sun and apt always felt cold and damp. Asked for higher floor but told that works on swimming pool side limited options. No instructions for washing machine. Basic info for quick programme would be helpful.

Freezing cold pool. Not possible to enjoy a leisurely swim. Consider heating please.

The only thing I did nt like was I asked if possible to have a room with a pool view on sea view if one was free , and they replied it would cost an extra €65 for this .. it was nt a big deal it did nt really matter

This property is in a very good location shops bars restaurant so promenade five mins away . I traveled by myself and felt very safe also big lock 🔒 on the door on the inside so it was nice to have that extre reassureance

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable as it was 2 beds pushed together and you have to pay €200 deposit when you get to the hotel

It was a bit small for a family of four. Our two kids wake easily so we took the sofa bed. Arranging the room to clear space to convert to bed mode each night was a bit faffy.

Really high quality building. Lovely bathroom. Good black-out blinds. Thé café downstairs was handy, the little supermarket is ace. The access to the balcony from both rooms was great. Water pressure in the bathroom was good.

Some parts of the building were looking a bit dated/worn. But it was still clean, so this is only really a minor thing.

Property was perfect for a family holiday. Lovely pool & cafe. Staff were friendly and the room had everything we needed.

The hotel met all of our needs,accommodation was clean and very comfortable.kitchen was well equipped,beds very comfortable.chambermaids were amazing,on 2nd day replaced towels,asked if we wanted our room cleaned.Reception staff were 10/10 Location was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants

Service at the cafe was quite slow but not a major issue on holiday!

Very spacious apartments and well equipped when travelling with young children. The washing machine was a bonus with the kids.

- You need to pay 12 EUR to have a place of parking - You pay a 200 EUR caution even for one night stay

- the reception staff speak english and french - very professionnal and available team, we made the check out at 6 am and they were available and smiling - we booked a one room apartment but were upgraded to a 2 room apartment free of charge
