Dated fixtures and fittings that haven’t been maintained, some broken / not replaced. Impossible to control the shower water temp, changed from cool to very hot on its own with out touching the temp gauge.

Sugestion : It would be good if there was a kettle in the room. It was quite inconvenient to go down/bell to the restaurant as you want a quick simple tea.

A little away from the historic centre

The room was spacious with very comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and clean. You can book a spa session. Additionally the interior design & art all over is a bonus.

The sound insulation of rooms could be better, you could hear people in the hall or in rooms above. it was bearable though.

The location is very central and within walking distance of the centre of town. The room was nice and clean, and the spa area with a jacuzzi and sauna was nice as well. Breakfast had a big range of food to choose from and was good value for money.

They didn't replace the water bottles in the mini fridge. Seeing how you can't drink the tap water, I thought that was a little poor.

Inside Swimming pool is a joke. Its well photografed one lane/one person pool with Water so shallow that hardly you can call it swimming.

Beautiful rooms. Clean bathrooms and comfy beds. Nice restaurant with very tasty breakfasts. Dinners not so good but kitchen open till 23.00 which can be very usefull.

It wasn't a first time and will not be the last time. Same pleace, same room like at home. This time decided to visit SPA features. Very nice especially when you're alone there. Good advice to not choose first working hour of the SPA, not 100% ready, which not so strange in Spain. Walking distance to the old town is approx 20-30 minutes, some valuable pubs on the way. There are some construction works between marina and firts line of the hotels so complicated to drive by car but out of high season you don't need to worry about parking place (except weekends). Hotel is located not so far from Mercadona so if you missed anything - easy to go there by foot

You have to say when you want to use the spa because they cap it to about 10 people - wasn't an issue for us at all though.

Great value for money! We really enjoyed the swimming pool and spa and it was definitely within walking distance to the city centre and the bus stop to get to the airport. I love the fact that it was next to the Santa Catalina neighbourhood also, where you'll find more locals out and about - full of places to eat and bars - nice vibes. I'd recommend staying here 100%.

The room was quite small and the window opened to a "smokers" courtyard which did not offer much privacy.

The location was great just 5 minutes walk from the waterfront.There were nice cafes nearby. The art displays in the hotel were fascinating. The bed was very comfortable.

Good location (easy bus route or walk along the marina/sea front - about 1.3km from the Cathedral area); big room with air con; really good breakfast and outside eating space); very welcome rooftop plunge pool; indoor spa; loads of art around; perfect for an off-season (early October) - and therefore quiet - break.

Hotel is out of the ordinary, it has a lot of art and is really pretty on the outside. none of that is actually useful but is nice. the hotel is modern and clean. the rooms are big, however they could have a better use of their space if the furniture was not so old and bulky. the shower is a disaster, impossible to open without getting water all over. it has double sinks which is nice. a duvet which I had not seen anywhere else, that was funny. the room got really cold at night but they had thick blankets available. be aware the parking lot is on a property next door on the 3rd subfloor and that Palma main area is not really walkable but the bus stop is near by.

Would have liked if one of the three spa pool was warmer but at least there were saunas. Gym didn't have any free weights. Coffee in the breakfast room was pretty awful (from machine) but theres a few coffee shops within walking distance. Would have liked to have an electric tea kettle in the room but mini fridge was welcome.

Good quiet location but still walkable to city centre. Parking close by and restaurant on site. Good breakfast spread and good food and staff at the restaurant. We had two room/ two bathrooms which was great for four women.

No tea making facilities in room and being asked to pay immediately upon arrival, practically after saying Hello I’d like to check in!

Location good for walking to cathedral area and other amenities. Room and balcony good size, sound proofing and air con excellent. Loved the art work and appearance of Artmadams painted exterior. Very clean hotel and restaurant
