The breakfast was not included but cost 10 EUR. We did not order it but could see it from other customers and we believe it could be improved with better ingredients.
The staff was very friendly and professional, always helpful and welcoming. The value was very good for the comfort that is provided by the hotel. The rooms were modern with up-to-date amenities. I highly recommend this place for a few nights in Madrid.

The room was very well designed, comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect - a short walk from the station and 5-20 minutes walk from so many great areas. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the free coffee was a lovely touch. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Great little hotel walking distance to the train station. Stayed here our last night in Spain before catching our flight home. Front desk ordered a cab for us for early in the morning. Nearby Tiki Taco was a great place for a quick and inexpensive lunch.

Great location, coffee all day. When we arrived Javier gave us one of the best welcomes ever, he gave us a map and tips of the best restaurants nearby. We followed his recommendation and had a very good stay in Lavapiés, a great neighborhood not too touristy

Friendly and extremely helpful staff with excellent English if required. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They helped us acquire football tickets, suggested restaurants and helped with transport plans. Its location is central and easy to get around. The rooms were fresh and clean. The coffee machine was also fantastic.
