Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

our roller blind was stuck and the WC cistern kept going a bit but that was minor and we informed the hotel owners about it.
The location is good - not noisy yet only a few minutes walk to the sights of Ronda. The hotel is definitely value for money, so no reason to complain about some minor shortcomings. There is a breakfast room which we didn't use but seems to be very convenient and has coffee/tea, fruit etc. on offer. The carpark under the hotel is a real bonus.

This is a cozy Hotel near many great restaurants and a short walk from the main attractions in the city. We stayed only one night and the staff was very welcoming recommending great places for dinner. Had a great time and the parking lot is just across from the hotel. Had no trouble getting there even though it was in the middle of Christmas holidays.

It´s quite cold that time of the year, and common areas are not heated at all. Also, to turn on the AC unit to heat up the room we had to spend some time (as the remote didn´t work).
Nice secluded location, not so many people around, well-equipped common kitchen - a good place to rest after a day of hiking.

Upon arrival, the bed linen was damp and had to be dried. The staff does not speak English.
Great location. The hotel served snacks, coffee and tea. Private parking 11€.

Everything was ok for us Maybe improving the soap at the bathroom, but it's not a big deal you can take yours.
It's very close to the bus station, water available all the time, free self service breakfast with biscuit, black coffee, tea, late, fruits, croissants. About 10 minutes to the canyons.

Card payment was impossible. Finding a free street parking near is a complicated task. Better use a paid parking at the square or 11 Euro/day parking of the hotel. 15 minutes parking for loading/unloading luggage is often occupied by unknown cars
Price/quality rate is just excellent for such a touristic place as Ronda. 24h available common kitchen with fruits, tea/coffee and biscuits is priceless when you start yearly.

Ait conditioning was effective but was noisy at times. Maybe needs attention.
Our room was comfortable with a balcony. Parking was very convenient and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was central, and there were some good eateries in the surrounding area. There was also free self-serve breakfast available, which was much appreciated.

It was just fine for us. No concerns.
It was calm peaceful and just right for a one or two night stay in order to explore Ronda. Staff very nice and helpful and there to welcome you in to the property. Room clean and had air con, You could help yourself to free coffee, tea, biscuits and cold water in the kitchen at no extra cost. You can also book a place to park under the building too. Excellent value for money.

Well - this could be taken as a point of charm of the place (depending on the person). On the inside the hotel probably looks like when it was first opened. Meaning that the decor and furnishing is really old.
The location of the hotel is very good within walking distance from the train station (15-20 min) and Puente Nuevo (15 min). The room was basic, but clean and it had AC. There was also a small kitchen and dining room that could be used by the guests. Good calue for the price.

I could not receive the wifi in my room (room 220) but nowadays with mobile data of 5gb included in my monthly subscription the lack of wifi in my room was only a minor inconvenience.
Location was near city centre and set back from the road which assured peace and quiet. I liked the staff as they were friendly and helpful. The sitting/dining room with access to complimentary coffee and biscuits and kitchen facilities was very cosy, relaxing and well laid out. We arrived on bicycles and were provided with secure storage facilities for our bikes.
