I didn't like the fact that on the same morning the staff said to me that I could leave my piece of luggage there at 12:30 pm and do the check-in after 3 pm. But it was 11:40pm when I contacted them to let them know I was on my way, and they said I could not leave there my stuff as there was no room left... The second thing I didn't like at all, was the fact that in my ensuite bathroom the shower had only a fabric curtain, no bathtub, no cristal doors...so the second I took a shower the bathroom floor became a small swimming pool, thank God there was a draine there too and I got rid of all that water by pushing it into the draine with my feet and two towels which got completely dumped with water...not a very acceptable exeperience...

I liked its location and "bed-room" area.

It's a bit shabby, and no little things like soap by the sink or tea kettle. It was noisy and sometimes someone smoked cannabis, so keep your window shut ;)

When checking-in, the room was not cleaned and we had to wait until 5pm to get access to the room. The codes to the building entrance did not work. The management thought nothing about the wasting of our time while they did repairs on the building entrance door and gave us no compensation for our lost time.

No physical staff. We took 2 hours just to check in through the automated system. It's innovation, but with kids and luggages it's a little bit annoying.

The room was clean but there was hair in the bathroom, a bit disgusting. We also had some problems to enter the building the first time although the owner aswered our texts quickly (i was in a WhatsApp group with all the staff members), she was a bit rude.

The beds were quite confortable and the room os spacious enough for two. The air conditioning worked very well too. I appreciated the elevator since i was travelling with suitcases. Overall, its good quality for money and its in a great location, just a 15 min walk to Gran Vía.

The digital system to get into the apartment is complicated. I'd prefer good old ways of check-in.

The checkin process is a bit hit-or-miss. I can understand why so many people complain about it in the reviews. But it worked out OK in the end. Unfortunately the shower did not drain well, which wasn't fixed in the time I stayed there. And the floor is very noisy/crackling - whenever someone moved in the adjacent rooms it was very audible.

The location is excellent, the price is also very fair compared to other places in that area. Overall, the room was decent and the bed was minimalistic but comfortable. My room had a window facing the backside of the building and it wasn't very noisy even though the area tends to get busy at night. The communication with the staff through whatsapp might be a bit off-putting in the beginning but they were very quick in responding and generally I had a good experience with this slightly unconventional setup. But I can't imagine what would happened had I run out of battery on my phone haha. The walls are rather "thin" which didn't bother me much but I could overhear some intimate activities in the room next to mine.

The process for opening the door downstairs was a bit confusing, even for Spanish speakers. The room itself was small and basic. But you get what you pay for.

The location was ideal, the little square in front was very nice and both commercial streets and a good metro station nearby also great. The price was much lower than anything else we could find.

everything is dilapidated, bathroom door doesn't close, bed is creaky. there is no hair dryer. Only way to get inside the building is a complicated instruction to visit web link, than press door bell, than wait something happen.

Good location, the cheapest place in that area.
