Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

UkraineI would put more toiletries (body lotion , conditioner shampoo because we didn’t have it in the room ) Not possible to connect normally coffee machine due to socket Location .
I consider this very good location Even if it was noisy outside, windows are very good quality. I would assemble some curtains for the privacy ( otherwise is too dark if you close window ) Amazing breakfast ( coffee, starters , sandwiches , personalized order) Very clean.

United KingdomThe only small thing was the amount of hanging clothes space in the wardrobe . There were quite a few flies around in the breakfast area near the food .
It was a central location in the old town great for visiting all the pinto bars and the beach and nearby shops .

United StatesMy only disappointment was that even though it says they have air conditioning, they don’t. They will tell you it is the law that they can not turn it down, but it is not. No other hotel in Spain has had that rule. I don’t sleep well in the heat, so I didn’t get much sleep here. It didn’t get below 23/73 degrees.
Being able to open my balcony door and drink in sights and sounds of chiming bells of the Basilica de Santa Maria del Coro, was both joyous and calming. I was lucky enough to stay in room 401, which apparently was the room Robert Plant has stayed in. How did they know Led Zeppelin was my favorite childhood band? The bed was firm as it should be, everything was sparkly clean, and the sheets and towels smelled heavenly. The breakfast was decent with yogurt, fresh fruits, meats, breads, and good coffee. I thought the room would be noisy as there are bars below and people were out late, but when the door/windows were closed, it was quiet. Being able to step out the door and walk the old town was the best!!

IrelandI think aesthetics have been prioritised over comfort/practical. The bedside table was very small and only enough space to hold a few items. There were no charging points anywhere else so laptop had to sit on the floor. No holder in shower and toiletries can only be placed on the sink which was not big. There was enough space in the bathroom (and room) to put more counters so seems like a lot of space wasted!
The hotel was very nice, modern and clean. It is located in the old town, near shops and a lot of eateries. Our room overlooked the church which gives us a nice view. Soundproofing is good, I am a light sleeper and nothing woke me, considering hotel was located on a busy street, Walking distance to the bus station, very convenient.

GreeceWe had a problem with the noise from the space outside the hotel and in front of the church as it was busy with lots of people all day and as a result very noisy. Of course this was not the hotel‘s fault and if you closed the balcony window you didn’t hear the noise any more.
The breakfast was the highlight! It was very high quality, original and very tasty!

United KingdomBedrooms could’ve been slightly bigger, wasn’t a big fan of the glass door on the bathroom getting in all the light at night, and there could’ve been some sliced fresh fruit vegetables served for breakfast as part of the buffet. More hooks in the bedroom would have also been helpful and a few more hangers!

United StatesThe only thing that was somewhat annoying were our neighbors. The doors are extremely heavy and their coming and going late at night didn’t go unnoticed. So not a “ dislike “ against the property, just a dislike of people with no social awareness!
The location for the hotel Atari is just perfect. We stayed in room 602 on the top floor, facing the church, the view was just lovely. The room was well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was definitely on of the best we’ve had on our trip, with an additional hot menu included. The staff were helpful and communicated well. Knowing that we wouldn’t be leaving for our two night stay, we opted to valet park the car. As others have mentioned, driving directions were a little confusing, but there is an ( almost ) real time video on their website that we followed and actually had no problems at all. Simply genius!
