Windows noise insulation is close to zero. Though the hotel is located on a residential street and cars did not pass too often, there was lots of noise. It is just the way buildings are made in Spain. Not a deal breaker anyway. There was a slight misunderstanding regarding the booked room, it was supposed to have a balcony but they said it was an error on booking.com Breakfast quality and selection was poor, unfortunately. I recommend eating elsewhere around the property. We ate breakfast several times at Casa Esteban on Calle Real (main street in Castilleja de la Cuesta). 5 minutes walk from hotel.

Awesome property located 10 minutes away by bus from Plaza de Armas in Seville (a large bus hub that connects the city with nearby suburban towns). Parking was easy to find for 3 days just 100 meters before the property on the same street, in a secure parking lot and for free (look for Calle Príncipe de Asturias, 24 on Google Maps) and you will find the parking lot. Hotel was very clean, staff was great, location is also awesome, quiet little town with tons of places to eat nearby or do some grocery shopping if needed. Highly recommended for it's proximity to Seville by bus, it only takes 10 minutes and the station is located maybe 5 minutes by walk. Bus M-160, single fare price was around 1.4 EUR one-way or 1.02 EUR if you buy a travel card and add some credit on it).

Be aware that inner side located rooms don't have a fresh air window - the only one facing to the lobby is covered by shutter and you're waking up in the dark :) Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the next rooms, corridor and lobby (even with some echo :D ). No cups or glasses.

Good location, 10 minutes from Sevilla by bus (M160 from Plaza de Armas). Nice place, unique interior design. Room small, but comfy. Very, very clean. Comfortable bed, but maybe little too narrow for two. Big wardrobe with mirror doors. Almost sterile bathroom, I liked it :)

Slope to garage was VERY steep. Difficult to get out of the garage. Should be clear about parking as we got conflicting information. Buses did not stick to schedule. Breakfast was not very healthy.

Staff were very helpful. Decor was great. It is an attractive property. There were few guests so the place was quiet. It had secure parking. Convenient to A49. Good bus service into the city.

there is no parking space outside the hotel - it would be helpful to inform the guests about where to park the car before they actually arrive

    Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The decor and ambiance of the hotel was lovely. Resembles an old cruise ship. Beautiful detailing all over the hotel, really gives it an old glamorous feeling. Quiet area but close to town square where there are two bars that setup a terrace area to have drinks and tapas.

    Nothing

Although away from the city centre, it only 10 minutes on the bus to the Savilla bus station, ATH Santa Bárbara in Castilleja de la Cuesta is a great place to stay, we cannot fault the hotel at all and there are great bars and restaurants in the town within walking distance from the hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable, no spare pillows in the cupboard we had to ask for some but got some immediately. Parking is difficult to find.

The decor of the hotel was incredibly tastefull and nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were clean and of good size. Very good value for money!

Every taxi that would bring me back to the hotel would not know the address, I think that there's a similar street name out of Sevilla because once I felt asleep in the cab and woke up 20km away while the taxi guy was blaming me for telling him the wrong address. It's an isolated case but all the other taxis (not a single exception) had to ask me 10 times to verify the address.

I liked the balcony and the view (wow amazing).

It's not in Seville. I had to choose this little town near Seville because I needed to be within walking distance of the hospital and the Residencia de Mayores. It only offers breakfast, no other meals or tapas, drinks...or a fridge in the room.

Lovely interior patio and galleried sitting areas. Traditional building with charming corners. Good interior design. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

    Location

We did not stay as we were traveling by car. The streets are impossibly narrow and were made more complicated by workers doing repairs. As seniors, we do not need the stress of parking 600m from the site or leaving a rented car parked on a narrow street.

The most terrifying underground parking in my life. Extremely difficult to get in and out. Very steep with a sudden sharp turn. I got rolling tires, almost couldn't get out in one piece. Never park there again! You can hear noise from adjacent rooms, from street and when people walking on the floor.

    Friendly hotel staffs.

Our en suite bathroom was badly designed. Sharp edge of sink too close to the door so you had to manoeuvre carefully around so as not to bruise yourself. Same with towel rail over the bath...easy to catch your head or shoulder on it. Lots of long hairs in the bath and on the sheets of one of the beds. Absolutely hateful underground car park! Really scary to get out of, spinning tyres, burning rubber, rolling backwards. Unsafe and dangerous.

Location was great and interior quirky. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel's own parking in the basement is only accessible for experts due to the steep and narrow slope. Otherwise hardly any parking space. WiFi only works in the hall where there's no A/C. Breakfast is a toasted small bread with butter or jam and coffee at 8.00. I could not even buy a coffee at 7.30 am. Poor english.

Not far from Sevilla historical centre by car. Stylish building in a quiet area. Effective A/C.

Because of all the one way system and small st the hotel was hard to find. walking to bus stop, waiting for bus and travelling took about an hour to reach Saville centre. Limited by bus timetable in evening. The hotel might be a reasonable price but the inconvenience of getting in & out of Saville to sight see is not worth it. One person doing several jobs meant service was not always good.- If time in Saville is. Limited this option is not the best. If staying a while travelling in & out would be boring.
