Most staff (with few exceptions)…don’t know, seems like they hate their job and hate being there. Didn’t look welcoming at all. This didn’t cause any problems for us, but just looked bit weird. No smiles, no welcomings, seems trying to avoid any interactions with guests. Long wait for elevators.

Great location, beach and town centre 10 minutes to walk, bus stop is almost on the doorstep. Nice swimming pool, good choice of food, nice and bright rooms. Wifi was ok also.

One evening when we return back to hotel, the black guy treated us as uninvited guests and he check all our documents, and next to him was a guy who check in us and he was like he see us first time. Bad experiense And we had the new room, and the bed was uncomfortable and it creaked

a half board deal didn't include for 'dinner 'regular drinks like tea/coffee/orange juice/Fanta ,you could only have water and beer/wine cost 5€

The Superior double room is nicely decorated, very close to the beach and many shops/ restaurants. Fresh towels every day, very friendly cleaning staff. Food was good , however some plates and mugs were not cleaned properly,you could see some lipstick marks etc.

As I said, the only negative thing is the noisy companies of teenagers in the first half of July (you need to warn immediately the security guards at the reception, they will fix problems for a few seconds :).

Good hotel with all amenities: clean and nice room, delicious food, polite staff, good room cleaning. The trip to the beach is very comfortable, there are many shops along the way to buy something. Nearby there are many different cafes and restaurants for every taste. The only negative is the noisy companies of teenagers in the first half of July (you need to warn immediately the security guards at the reception). A 5-year-old child liked the mini-disco every evening, very pleasant animators. Good hotel for its price.

the room looked so old like it was build in the 1990 room 527 no ac on the hallway from the elevator to the room , this makes you sweat ,you enter the room the ac is on after that you will catch cold and get sick . we were sick for the first night .

only the reception staff and security guard they are so polite and smile always they even made my 1 year old son laugh and played with him all the time the food is very good

For the dinner, 3 drinks are included. However one of the waitress wanted my first one take out of my own hands. Probably that was a missunderstanding, neverthless how he dares to do something like that. Invading the guest’s personal space. it was quite embarrassing.

All other waitress was genuinely kind. I really liked the overall stay in this hotel with the only exception below.

There are more teenagers than we were expecting, even thought we were aware that this hotel is located in a busy area with pubs and party. The noisy after midnight was too laud.

Breakfast options were nice, lunch and dinner could have more options for protein. One of our friends is vegan and there was a lack of options for her too.

- the cleaning lady never knocked and entered the room directly. - the sheets were stained but not dirty. They were changed only once in 6 days. - the walls are very thin and I mean it. If you are unlucky enough to have some young British boys or girls near your room (above and below as well), expect to be waken up every night at around 3-4, when they come back to the hotel. - all inclusive provides 3 alcoholic drinks per meal and no more.

The building of the hotel is very ugly seen from the street outside (for this reason on Booking there is only the photo of the pool side of the building, which is actually nice). But the worst thing was the food…I have never eaten so badly in a hotel. First of all the variety of the food was very low, I was surprised because the restaurant didn't have fish dishes, even if the sea is nearby. Even the quality of the food was very low (probably some dishes were left from the day before). The price of the hotel wasn't so high, considering the prices in Magaluf, but it was still a high price considering the quality.

The room was pretty nice and the staff was kind. I liked a lot that if you have the half board you can choose day by day, besides breakfast, if you want to eat at lunch or at dinner, even if on Booking it says only breakfast and dinner. The position of the hotel is very good, it’s at 600 meters from a very beautiful sea.
