Location was good and close to beach but also very close to busy Main Street. We stayed in March during local festival time. We enjoyed watching the parades but then celebrations ran into early hours with music blasting until 4am so got very little sleep😠

Staff on reception were excellent and very responsive to any requests. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and great view over pool area. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and again staff excellent.

The balcony faced the road which could be offputting for some but wasn't a problem for me - if you are going to spend a lot of time on your balcony and like some serenity I would recommend getting a room which faces the pool area :)

I stayed at Las Dunas for a few nights before a surf camp. Absolutely fantastic hotel, really lovely staff, very quiet around the pool, plenty of beds. Rooms were spotless and comfy. Great location, on the main 'strip' but felt very quiet at the pool as does not face out on to the road :) great gym and lovely breakfast!

Calm and tranquility from the moment we walked into reception. A cool glass of Cava was offered while we waited for our room to be assigned to us .

Our room was opposite a loud bar with a rock band playing until midnight But the hotel moved us to a quiet room

the only thing I can have a winge about was the food was served a little cold and some dishes required more flavor. You can do B&B or HB will definitely stay again but do B&B next time .

Absolutely beautiful hotel, staff are so nice. It was our honeymoon and when we got to our room they had left balloons and wine nice touch. Hotel is so relaxing 😌 can't wait to go back

The location was perfect, the resort was calm and quiet, the food was good, the drinks were cheap, the staff were very helpful and there were plenty of sunbeds around the pool.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous..pool. cocktails. staff were more than helpful.junior suite perfect. Location perfect.peaceful atmosphere. Second time here and will be back.

The air conditioning in the hotel rooms could and should be better (and the sensors that are checking if the balcony door is closed should be replaced). We had to switch rooms because it wasn't working in our room. And then again when we did switch rooms, the AC wouldn't turn on after some time because the door sensor went willy-nilly, so it had to be "repaired" by scrubbing it down with a towel. The pool could be a bit bigger, although I guess it's more of a "relax" kind of pool instead of a "swim" pool.

The location of the hotel was great - there's a beach nearby and it's close to a lot of restaurants and bars. The breakfast was excellent - it was a buffet with a lot of different things to choose from! The rooms were very clean! The staff is polite and always ready to help out, they are the best thing about this hotel.

Pool area was in the middle of being renovated so mostly closed off, this the reason for not giving 10/10

Sadly , there was some building work around the pool . It didn't bother or affect us , but I'm sure some negative comments will come from this .
