The outstanding service mainly in the restaurant as we ate all our meals there.We have stayed there before 10 years ago and the service is still a 10!!!

The only thing that would have been nice would have beenTea/coffee facilities in my room, they did provide a fridge/water for my insulin and my meds.

The room clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and great value for money. The Spa was amazing. Highly recommend Hotel. The Spanish omelette they made for me was probably one of the best I have ever taste.

Nothing, everything was perfect

One of the best hotels we have stayed so far. Perfectly clean room with a/c, staff is nice and helpful. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Just a 2-3 minute walk to station and local bus that take you to the old town just for 1,30€.

For our needs, location was perfect (very close to the train station. We didn't have the chance to enjoy breakfast, as we checked out very early for an one night stay only. One of our rooms smelled like an intense smoker had just been in, but the hotel immediately granted our request for a different room, and the new one was absolutely perfect. Great comfortable bathrooms. Excellent and really personable staff at front desk. We will really liked the hotel and hope to be able to go back.

This is the third time we have stayed here. It is comfortable, clean and good value for money. The breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is also a brilliant location for the rail and bus stations.

the pillow was a bit unconfortable and double bed was 135. still, i am pretty sure i could have get new pillows if i asked for them but i didnt because was quite late!

It didn't disturb me, to be honest, but the view from my window was depressing. The room we had was situated far from the entrance, which makes it a bad choice for smoking guests.

The esthetics of the hotel is impeccable. The breakfast buffet lived up to high standards, — even hygienic, minimizing any Covid-related anxiety. Traveling by train to a city where rain must be taken into account, this was an almost perfect choice. The walking distance to more interesting parts of the city is no problem, despite the hotel as such being surrounded by a highway and other noisy roads.

It’s a little far from town, which for us wasn’t a problem as it’s good to walk off the lovely lunches and dinners. The breakfast was fine, unfortunately if you come after 09:00 you might not have any bacon or eggs.

The staff were very friendly which always helps. The wifi was perfect and the room had excellent air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is kept very clean. Parking in the local neighbourhood is free and safe.

Location was ideal: not far from bus station and only minutes from the train. The woman at front desk when I arrived was extremely kind and went out of her way to help me with every question and concern. She spoke English as well as other languages. I would definitely stay here again.

The booking description for individual rooms is a bit misleading. Don’t expect a bathtub.

The rooms were comfortable and had a decent amount of natural light. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff, in general, were very friendly and helpful.
