The hotel is really nice and the room was exactly as described. Very clean hotel and friendly staff and having a parking underneath was also a plus. Not far from the historic centre, 20mins walk. Would definitely stay there again.

It was kind of far from the action, but that's one reason why it was so quiet, so it worked for me. 30 minute walk into the centre.

The staff were nice, and the hotel was really quiet. Very good sleep! There was a lovely coffee and pastry place just north of the hotel in case you don't fancy a full breakfast.

Access to the secure car parking was down a steep incline and when you got down there was a tight turn. Some of the bays are small and is very tight to get into and not everyone parks with care.

the hotel is in a great location. It has a superb restaurant attached to it. The room we were allocated was already occupied so we were upgraded.

The car park is very difficult to negotiate internally. A useful facility but exhausting manoeuvring around pillars and narrow entrance/exit area

Very comfortable hotel. Beds great. Two lifts. Good food in the restaurant though rather expensive so we also used local eateries. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the hotel, very recommended. Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious. The isolation is so good in the room, you can not hear any noise at all. Very quiet and nice to rest. it's not really close to the center of town; you'll need to take a bus to get into the city center, but the bus is fairly easy to navigate and only costs 1.05 euro each ride.

this hotel was very comfortable. The personnel were very nice; I arrived at 9:30 am and since they had a room available, they allowed me to check in early, which was so appreciated. Breakfast is quite varied and large which was good as well.

Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. Bathroom probably is due a refurb, but was spotlessly clean.

Excellent location. Right in the centre of the city so walking distance to everything. We had a car to be able to drive around. (Mainly to the hospital which was the reason for our stay) Amazing staff- so friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond for us! Yummy breakfast- lots of options and very fresh. I even loved the options of plant milks to have with coffee which is hard to find in Spain. Exceptional cleanliness. Our room was cleaned every day and everywhere in the hotel was spotless all the time Fresh decor. The hotel was modern Comfy beds! With extra blankets provided if needed. Great shower pressure! Air con in the room Blackout curtains to shut out the light & road noise The reception smelt beautiful every time I walked in

Minor point! 30 minute walk into the old town - we loved the walk ourselves, but may not suit everyone.

I do not have any dislikes on this place.

We liked a lot the staff, they were amazing with us, and also the room was big and cosy. We got the breakfast with only 9euro more, and it was full of things to eat, sweet and salt.

The bathroom had a bit of a smell. There wasn't a button to start the extract fan, so I assume that's why. Also, although they had parking, we were asked to pay for it, which was a bit odd. Oli still recommend it.

Bed very big and comfortable, ehough storage space if you want to be there for longer, reception 24/7 so very convenient, bathroom is quite big as well and comes equipped with a bidet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good also, right next to a Michelin restaurant. There is a laundry mat very close by and also a patisserie if you want to grab breakfast.
