The mattress was very hard and what was even worse were those long white pillows. They were even harder.

the restaurant was really busy especially at dinner time and you had to que to get in; it is unable to cater for the large number of all-inclusive guest comfortably which a big disadvantage of the hotel.

good location, close to the beach and within a walking distance to town; there was a good selection of food to choose from and staff were friendly.

Id just like to point out that we paid £120ish for the room for 3 nights all inclusive so these aren't massive issues I don't think lol. Night 1 our shower leaked all over the bathroom, this was promptly sorted. Night 2, our shower head just came out of the wall.. again, promptly fixed and night 3 the pipe to our toilet leaked flooding the bathroom again. Maybe needs a little TLC and a check before rooms are signed off. Also reception just dont give you the vibe. From what I could gather its a family hotel with entertainment etc but they dont give any info when checking in unless asked. And we checked in when it was quiet to be fair. Just smile at your guests every once in a while. On leaving ask if everything was ok with the stay. But again, we paid peanuts for a couple of days so it is what it is.

Breakfast was good, it felt a lot more traditional than most places iv stayed on the island and those plum tomatoes were exceptional. Evening meal was always something different, but the meats I wasn't so keen on. room was good, a good size and the views were brilliant. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk to O Beach so easy access to the marina etc. The chef in the snack bar deserves a raise. Exceptional lady as does the lady behind the bar who seemed to be working the 1030 shift through to closing! Pool area in newer hotel is great and a brill sun trap.

A very good hotel if you’re on a budget. We stayed just out of season and had breakfast and dinner (tea) included which saved us a lot of money. The food was ok. As a vegan there wasn’t a lot of variety but I still managed to eat, and my sister eats everything so had quite a lot to choose from. Not incredible but having it included is a great bonus. Our room had an ant problem and wasn’t the cleanest which is obviously a big downer, but generally the room was spacious and had a balcony. Awful about the ants though, made me feel so itchy. There’s a small fridge and the tv didn’t work lol. I don’t mind not being too comfortable but if you’re paying for this you’d sort of at least want the bare minimum. This was not met in this regard. Pool looks nice and there’s lots of sun loungers outside to sunbathe and it’s next to a beach although it does stink a bit. Staff were pleasant but I did feel I was treated differently to the Spanish guests, maybe just because of the language barrier on both sides though so I won’t judge. All in all I did enjoy my stay, it was cheap and cheerful and we had a pina colada by the pool on the first day it was gorgeous! Right next to a spar too and some cute bars that look like they’ll be a vibe in season. I probably would stay here again for the price and inclusion of food but I won’t be expecting too much you know :)

The hotel was a little dated but it did feel clean. The bathroom would benefit from a renovation but this would increase the price. Just as we were leaving it began to get difficult to get a lounger at the pool.

We liked the area for our family. The staff were really friendly. All the staff were really kind. We had a very nice experience with Fabio on reception and Carlos at the bar. The food was really good with a great variety. It felt like nice quality. This is an excellent value hotel right on the ocean side with views across San Antonio bay. It’s really nice. Lovely during the day and night. The airport bus stops very close.

The food was good and bonus point for the variety : one day it was Mexican food, one day it was Chinese food, another it was sea food. Honestly pretty good for an all inclusive formula! Drinks were so various! You basically got more than 25 cocktails, alcohol and coffee. Staff was helpful and nice 😊 special mention for Ray ! He is a great guy, very funny and always giving his best as an animator, we really appreciated his energy. The location is perfect : 20 minutes walk from the main bars, 5 to 10 minutes walk to many sand beaches and 3 minutes from the public transportation.

No fridge in room, no tea/Coffee facilities in room. 1 drink per person, have to bring same cup up in order to recieve another drink. But you get what you pay for I guess

The view, location was good. Quiet but 5minute boat taxi to main strip for 5 euro PP or 25minute walk. Ocean beach only around the corner, food was basic but nice. Good variety of drinks including cocktails.

Hotel was clean and comfy. Rooms were good. Just the pool was a bit dirty and I got an eye and ear infection. I think there was too much sun cream in it. The food was nice, but could do with a bit more fast food bits and different pasta dishes.
