United KingdomWe knew this before we arrived but it is a walk back up the hill from the beach so we got taxis which were easy to find. Plenty of taxi ranks and never waited for more than a few minutes. Spa treatments very expensive. Not enough sun loungers but we made it work.
Clean, modern, excellent buffet breakfast, friendly team, high standards everywhere. Quiet apartment. Great neighbourhood.

United KingdomThe restaurant at the pool had a very limited menu . Towels for sun loungers were not available to late morning. Some guests put towels on beds for several hours without using them and this wasn't challenged . There were limited sun beds around the main pool .
The breakfast was excellent and there was a wide choice available .

The room was great very clean, large and a great outside private pool & sun area for relaxing with great views. The hotel food was great both breakfast and in the roof top bistro. The 5 star restaurants opposite the hotel offered a choice of great food and service that linked well with hotel. All the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We liked the location as it was quite and next to the sports complex to play tennis and the walks down to the beach and into the town.

United KingdomThe only big problem is the long walk to nearest shops & restaurants. There is a taxi service 9-5 takes you to the Plaza del Duque shops. In the evening you have to walk down & back which is a long road uphill! There are a couple of restaurants in the hotel (which we didn’t try as we didn’t really fancy the menus) and a bar with meals - not bad for lunch - the club sandwich was delicious but the nachos were not nice. Breakfast was average. Rooms were only cleaned once a day so if you’d showered in the morning you had use your wet towel later or remember to put them outside to dry. The pool towels weren’t changed at all during our stay.
We had a lovely room fantastic view. Huge balcony with jacuzzi. Sands 104 would recommend it if you don’t want to pay extra for your own plunge pool. Bedroom bathroom & kitchen/living room. Very quiet

May I suggest putting a microwave out then people would have the option to use it I have had this option in most places I have stayed

United KingdomThe pool is far too cold. I didn't use it once, which is a big part of my holiday as I adore swimming. Apparently, it is 26 degrees, but it is baltic.
The beautiful view, the spacious suites and balconies, the staff, the gym/padel tennis, the food, the breakfast boxes delivered to your room so you can enjoy breakfast outside in privacy and enjoy the view, the cleanliness, the rooms being equipped with pretty much everything. It is truly beautiful and staff are incredible.

United KingdomNothing not to like about this hotel but it’s on a hill and walk up to it is a bit steep but you can get taxis from the hotel no problem and they offer taxis vouchers each day from 9 till 5 to the beach.
Best hotel I’ve stayed in absolutely spotless our suite was great had own private pool and hot tub very spacious and had everything we needed. Cleaned everyday and all staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Looked forward to the breakfast every morning had so much to choose from and was delicious. Also would definitely recommend having a facial or a massage ladies are so nice and really take time out with you and treatments were great.
