Unfortunately, since my visited day is a lot of guest of children supporter at Barcelona FC, it was too noisy at hallway.

This is another hotel where they think that being 'quirky' is more important than practicality. There was a lot of twee space theming but the room was too dark and despite a massive amount of space there was no dressing table. There was nowhere to sit down while waiting to check in or out and the lift doesn't go all the way to the train station. We had to walk around the outside and then up a slope to get to it. The directions the hotel gave us before arriving assumed we were coming from the airport, and there was nothing to tell which exit to use from the train station. Their address implies the wrong exit and the signs in the station only appear after you are already heading the right way. The receptionists appeared to be having a private joke among themselves which was more important than we were. They seemed surprised and flustered when I asked to see the document that they wanted us to sign to say we'd read and there seemed to be no way to opt out of their 'privacy' policy on the spot. When I asked about room service for breakfast the receptionist pointed me at their app (sigh) but on there the only option was bread and jam or pastries. We were only there for a quick overnight pit-stop and so the bed and shower being ok was good enough, but everything else was not and I wouldn't want to come back or to have stayed longer.

We were upgraded to a large room with sofa and table but we weren't staying long enough to use it. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful.

Limited location for nearby good restaurants and bars. Access to the hotel lobby poorly located and signed. Poor amenities in the hotel.

I couldn’t get the aircon to work, but it was close to 10am when I arrived and was exhausted, so may have been my fault. As a result, the room was too hot and stuffy. The electronic blind was also beyond me at that time of the night. It was a bit of a challenge finding kettle, etc as everything was well hidden!

The location was perfect as we arrived late and had an early start the following morning. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

We travelled with our little one and had a very long trip, but we had to wait about 1 hour to check in and receive our keys due to a queue and slow service.

Very close to the railway station; we walked there in just a moment. The place was very clean and offered a good view.

Overly space aged theme; difficult to find from station (needed to ask several people). Clean but bathroom wasn’t completely cleaned from previous occupants (nothing major though). Overpriced.

Zero noise suppression between our room and the one next door. A loud domestic dispute started at about 04:00am rendering sleep impossible. Very limited food options in the evening and no knowledge demonstrated by staff regarding allergies.

U need to walk a little bit and take lift to reach the hotel concierge.

Good location. Just right above the train station. The room is clean with good curtain. Gym and resting lobby are provided. The shower place is quite spacious.

Very noisy hotel. Laminate floor in our room was lifting so stubbed my toe so many times. We had booked a twin room reaffirmed this again when checking in but given a double room, we had to go back to reception to ask for twin room. We were then given a handicapped room which made showering very difficult.

Sink inside the room rather than bathroom. No clear entrance to the hotel. Not easy to find if you come by train - hotel is literally above the station and not marked inside the station

This hotel has a space theme which may have worked when it was new, but it is out-of-date in 2024. The rooms have inadequate lighting, elevator area on each floor is too dark. Room was small. The thermostat did not work and the room was extremely cold for the first day (Hotel did provide four blankets), was warmer the second night, and hot on the day we checked-out.

The location of the hotel was excellent, above the "fast train" and metro train station. The breakfast (extra charge) was very good for it offered a broad variety of breakfast foods. Good hotel security. Comfortable bed.

I stayed there for almost 10 days, whenever I call the room service to bring me anything (like spoons, plates) they just tell me to go down the bar and ask for it myself. The room service lady came and cleaned my room twice although I had but the do not disturb sign. On the day of the check out a guy knocked my door one time and decided he can come in although I said give me a minute.
