The walk to pick up the keys was about 9 minutes and I had to leave my things & fellow guests behind in a lobby with no place to sit while they waited. I know they clearly state that picking up the keys at another location is required, unless you pay in full and send paperwork ahead of time, but it was a hassle nonetheless. The room numbers can be confusing. Even knowing that the ground floor is usually the planta baja, it was confusing for our room to be on the sixth floor (clearly marked sexto) but our room number started with a 7. The actual apartment did not have the room number that our confirmation had on it so we had to call the desk to clarify. The bathrooms had an awful sewage odor coming from the sinks, so we bought some air fresheners and those helped a bit. I would have liked to have fresh towels more than once every 4-6 days. Without a dryer, washing towels and hanging them in the apartment left them stiff and unpleasant.

The location in Eixample is great - minutes from the nearest Metro station. There are also several good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet. Communication w/hosts was clear and quick. We loved having two separate bathrooms and a full kitchen in case we wanted to cook. The elevator was small, but worked well.

One of the bathroom sinks was clogged, and even though we called the reception for someone to look at it, it never got fixed, and we had to use only one bathroom to wash.

Place was great value for the price and was close to many stores and not too far from main streets.

The floor in arrival wasn’t moped and the collection of keys a few minutes away- but we were aware if it at the one of booking. So no issues . Overall a great stay and would def stay again

It was a massive apartment- much bigger than what it looked in the photos. Spacious, beds were really comfy, not so much the sofa as leather and not very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms a bonus for a family of 5 . Walking distance from Plaza Catalunya about 15/20 minutes but also metro stop just 3 min walk. Very well located with bars and supermarkets- Mason fresh market and Mercadona just 1 minute away. Communication with reception was great via Booking.com or their two number - there was an issue with the tv and a blind , but they sent maintenance the next morning and all resolved . The cleaning lady was very friendly- the only downside is having the reception to leave the bags at about 8 minutes away- however it’s very clear when you book and you can self check in the day before - they have keysafe boxes in the entrance so pretty easy to follow instructions.

maybe there should be bar chairs in the kitchen or more additional chairs in the living room. and it would be great to control warmness in the apartment espcially in winter time [it was a bit to cold]. One bathroom had problems with water sewage.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, everything you need. On the other side of the street there is market, so it is very comfortable to get food. The main objects can be easy reachable by foot, easy to find.

One of the inconveniences of having to pick up the keys at a different location is the hassle.

Everything else was fine. The apartment is an economic option, but we found everything we needed. Laundry and dishwasher supplies could be left.

Our booking was for 5 nights. We were only given one black garbage and one for recycling. There were no recycling instructions. We were not supplied with dish washing liquid or any form of washing material for the dishwasher, so we had to buy ourselves as part of the agreement of the damage deposit was that we are not allowed to leave used dishes in the sink/ dishwasher. Bath was a bit slippery and we also found empty plastic bags under one bed. We had to check in at another location which was about 6 minutes from the location. We arrived at around 1 am. I paid half the amount online via revolut virtual card , but I was not able to pay the other half with same card as it had to be a physical card. This was not stated anywhere and the receptionist didn't give us any reason or any other option than to pay the full amount on another card and revert half the amount originally paid, without knowing when this amount would be reverted back. I was obviously not happy with the fact that I wouldn't know when half the amount of the hefty fee would be reverted but the receptionist was not helpful at all and didn't even try to check to see what he could do. Thankfully it was reverted back the next day.

Our apartment was on the first floor, so we had the massive outdoor terrace which was really nice. The apartment was big, clean and maintained. All amenities were functioning. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and large. The AC was also working very well. There was a microwave and fridge and freezer and fully equipped kitchen.

The aircon makes the second bedroom very cold as no natural light reaches the room (the window looks into a small shaft that runs the height of the building). The terrace is big, but very overlooked by all of the apartments in the block. Wifi was quite slow and signal is poor in the second bedroom.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. A pleasant place to base yourself. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfy too.

You pick your keys up from a different place 10 minutes away so isn’t great if you had a lot of suitcases I may of missed it when booking but hadn’t been expecting to pay a €350 refundable deposit for any damage that may of been caused so just beware you will need a credit card with you

It needs urgently renovation, dishwasher has full of rust, door to bathroom are not working properly, one pan is not fit for induction, expandable sofa could be better quality for more conformable sleep, fridge is old and causes a lot of frost, bathroom itself requires modernization. A/C requires cleanup there is a lot of dust in it. It is obvious whoever checks and maintain the apartments is doing crap job and never reports things for replacement, fixes etc.

We were at apartment #1 on 7th floor with elevator which has nice double terase which is great benefit to rest, eat, drink. Apartment contain dishwasher, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen and wifi connection. Over the street is huge supermarket and it is located near by the metro and direct bus to the beach. In the area there are many coffee restaurants and places to eat. We felt also very safe no matter when. Noise from the street is minimal.

The Internet was not very stable at times

Our flat was on the sixth floor facing the backyeard, hence very quiet. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Metro and bus. We didn't use any of the available facilities since we were out and about all day. The lift was working, the air conditioner was OK. The place was clean and spacious. The staff at the reception were very friendly and the communication before arrival was great.
