The apartment was 3 BHk for a family of 4 including an infant. Too big for use and the cost was in upper side. Our trip was overall good… so that’s fine.

You can hear the metro af the lower floors, but it’s manageable - I had no trouble sleeping because of it.

Check in! We arrived at 11am to Barcelona but check in wasn't until 3pm. Maybe that's normal. Maybe Barcelona is just expensive to visit but I thought this was on the expensive side.

A bit noisy at night and also the fact there was no view from my bedroom window which opened to something like an internal small patio quite dark.

- The apartment is not very quiet: you could hear the trains and other people who were living next door - We found some hair on the floor - The shower handle was broken and the floor was wet with every usage - At the beginning it was difficult to find a room due to multiple passages. It would be great to have a sticker on the door to point where more hidden rooms are

- Great location with a good connection to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and metro station - Quite clean and comfortable - You don't really need keys: the usage of link to open the door was pretty convenient

The shower head mount was broken. Had troubles navigating the check-in and then had troubles getting someone to answer the phone number listed. Worked out in the end.

The apartment was very spacious. The AC worked very well. It was perfect for a 4 day weekend trip to Barcelona. Walking to the Gothic Quarter took about 20-25 min.

Not a doublebed; two singles pushed together - those are not the same things. We did find locks on the beds wheels after a few days but it helped very little. Light bulbs missing in bedroom so we took from around the other room. Check-in instructions came a little late for our taste since we like to print them for easy overview and in case of battery-problems.

Good location, a well functioning AC, the fridge/freezer-combo was very good. You know, the important stuff. Key-less was very good, freedom from keys!

Towels are not changed automatically, but you can ask and then you will receive clean ones. Also, the bathroom could use an update, the shower cabin is leaky. There is some noise of the metro that runs below the building, but it did not disturb us too much.

Good location, beds are comfortable and kitchen is complete. Also easy self-check in process.

Customer support, cleanliness and services do not really work. The room and the building codes to access are really bad indicated and confuse people since the key number do not match the building door numbers. Besides that, the apartment customer support is not very efficient. Once in the apartment, we found plastics from previous guests under the beds, meaning the apartment was not properly cleaned. Lastly, the microwave did not work. The apartment does not look like in the pictures. However, it’s quite ok if you wanna spend a couple of nights in Barcelona.

The apartment is located in a very central area, which is a 5 minute walk from the Sants train station.

Very basic. No tea or coffee. No tea towels to dry dishes. Sparse furniture. Nothing like the photo on booking.com Air conditioner very poor. Then noise from the trains were bad. Trains go every 1 min right through the day and night. No lighting outside at night.

The main bathroom had a lose and bended metal strip (pirlan) that was not attached properly the floor. We put it aside as it had sharp edges. The washing machine did not work, some instructions on how to use it could be useful. We could not get it to dry clothes and had to squeeze and hang outside.

Location, the apartment is spacious. The wine at the table was a super awesome treat. Very clean. The easiness of the link to access the apartment was also nice.

the rooms electronic key was a disaster. upon our arrival , we had to wait more than 1 hr to get in the room, there was nobody to assist us and when we finally got a “help number” the person was extremely rude, unkind and disrespectful, unable to offer us a fast and professional solution.

We don't stay at Barcelona Sants Station Apartments

The apartment could not be found nor was it related to the photos advertised in the book, as we spent a long time looking for it by knocking on every door of the building that ap. A3 was not at the entrance where the automatic keys are located, but even when we found it which it was outside the building similar to the laundry. We didn't stay in this apartment because there was no condition to stay for a moment, not to stay for 2 nights. We were forced to stay in another hotel because it was midnight. We have advertised all these problems.

We don't have anything to complain about, everything was perfect. But here are some points that are good to know: the elevator is small and the stairs narrow. If you travel with huge luggage/family, it takes a few elevator trips. There is also a lot of kids playing right outside during daytime, so the days are a bit noisy. Also, the balcony can only be used from two of the bedrooms.

The apartment is located nicely. It is really close to the metro and Barcelona Sants train station. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby and yet not too many tourists around, since it is further from the city centre and more a residental area. The apartment was amazing, we loved it! Extremely spacious for a family for example. Kitchen was well equipped. Two showers and toilets. No key hussle, since you either use your phone to open the doors, or a number combination.
