The sofa bed was not comfortable as there were lot of hard metal parts coming out at the side of the bed that harms the kids. Some more kitchen utensils can be added. There is no smart tv units.

The apartment was good with lot of space. Good kitchen facilities. We liked the sit out at the back of the Apartment. The reception staffs were always available and more helpful. The location was good and easy reach by public transport. 25 Min away from Barcelona airport, can be reached by public transport bus number 46.

Noisy neighbours (i shout them at night and things calm down)

Close to MontJuic and metro, we chose a triple room so our children have had its own bed in a neat alcove, he had really enjoying havin its own little space apart from the main room. Bathroom is very convenient, beautiful ... more important: we came with our own car and the hotel has a REAL parking down the building with REAL parking places (i.e not as usual in Spain)

I was staying in the apartments and didn't like that there were no "tools" to clean up the rooms on my own.

1. Strange odor of the tap water. Feels likes the water is over-chlorinated. 2. WiFi gets disconnected each time the device goes to the stand-by mode, so you have to re-enter the credential over and over again. Sometimes it may get slow, e.g., in the evening. 3. Poor soundproofing. You can clearly and effortlessly hear what your neighbors say and do.

1. Good location. The hotel is in two bus stops from Pl. Espanya. There's a huge supermarket (Mercadona) nearby. Lots of restaurants, cafeterias, bars reachable by feet. There's also a bus stop literally in 200 meters where you can pick from more than 15 different bus lines connecting you to the main touristic areas of Barcelona. 2. A small kitchen with necessary facilities. 3. Friendly staff and daily room cleaning. 4. It is possible to leave the luggage in the hotel for free before you check in or after you check out.

I didn't like the noise that came from the cars in the street and from the people who speak loud in reception.I had my room after the reception and i heard everything into my room

The only negative to have is that the apartment although well appointed was just bit of a tight fit for a family of 5 with a baby, otherwise the value made up for that.

Everything worked and was clean and the property was conveniently located. The staff were exceptional and really friendly, the friendliest faces in town to be honest.

Too strong chemical smell in the corridor, if someone is allergic it might be an issue. We couldn't really cook in the room so it's not really a kitchen as the microwave was so old that it didn't' warm up food properly, frying pans were damaged and unsafe to use. Very cold floor, unfortunately we didn't bring our slippers. Quite noisy as the isolation is not good and windows face the street. So in general I think it was too expensive for the quality we got.

Location is great - close to public transport, main attractions, groceries and bars. Very welcoming personnel, we arrived earlier and there was a room for us ready.

The room: * The noise isolation is poor * Even though they were cleaning the room, there was always dust and it sticks to your feet and after that you will notice it on your white bed sheets 🥲
