The air conditioning was limited or not working. The shower could be better. The balcony in our room was facing the road, which was quite loud.

Bathroom bath tap was broken as was valve controlling flow between shower and bath. Water temperature was either very cold or rapidly very hot.

Pool area and the water was not particularly clean with rubbish floating around and pretty murky water. Pool bar staff were not very attentive and I struggled to communicate as a non-Spanish/Catalan speaker bar a few words which she found very frustrating! I would have thought 'Aperol Spritz' was the same in most languages.

Great room and we were able to check in early. Reception staff incredibly helpful with directions and baggage storage on check out. Great shopping centre over the road with various cafes and restaurants. Bus to Barcelona just over the road that drops off at top of La Ramblas and short walk to town of Castelldefels and train station to go further up the coast. €20 taxi to airport.

Very slow reception. Under staffed, always long ques to ask a simple question. The reception phone number was not available anywhere in the room. The TV s are old and need replacing, and the room needs more lighting.

The pool, lobby, and the room generally were all great. Location is convenient, close to bus stops and a food vendors. The bed is super comfy too.

Smoking at the entrance. It's very off putting and should be away from the front The pool area is quite basic and very noisy near the road It's a good 30 mins from the main beaches. Rooms are a bit basic and furniture a bit dated. There are no pictures on the walls at all which is a bit odd.

Excellent breakfast Delightful and helpful staff throughout. Very comfy beds.

The hotel is at about 30 minutes walking from the train station.

I liked very much the swimming pool, and the fact that the hotel is close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

The only thing we were disappointed about was the breakfast. We did not book in advance and they charged more for being a last minute booking. When reception had said the night before, there would not make any difference. So we paid €19.50 per each of us. Once we got there the breakfast was quite poor for what we paid. And had to wait over 15 minutes to get the scrambled eggs (only option for eggs). It is a lot better option to go for breakfast to the shopping centre 5 min away from the hotel. That is what we did the rest of the time. We had to stay in the hotel because we all received a storm alarm…when I asked for any game for entertainment, there was nothing. The lady in reception said, ping pong racquet were broken and she had other options but all sets were incomplete 😳🤔

Installations were nice and clean. Swimming pool was lovely and having shopping centre near by very handy, specially for eating as the hotel did not have much to offer.

A bit cumbersome to get to bus/public transport in extreme heat, and the dinner served at the restaurant was horrible. The drinks at the pool bar was okay -.

the laminate floor in my room had big gaps, the bath wouldn't fill, but the shower worked. Shower temperature was difficult to adjust. Overall a very tatty room that needed refurbishment.
