You could tell the property was oldish, there were visible signs of the building’s and rooms’ aging. The room didn’t have enough light to see after the sun had set, so some lamps would have been nice.

Maintenance issues Wall paper peeling off at edges Broken toilet holder Toilet door jammed. Husband was trapped for 10 minutes whilst repaired Insects ( small ants/ mites crawling around wash basin and had to call staff to eradicate them A ceiling panel above door was loose The basin in wash space did not drain well In summary. The hotel needs maintenance and considerable refurbishment as it has a faded appearance

Not really that I did not liked but some things could be improved: the layout of the room make you no space to open your luggage unless is on the middle of the way. no trashcan in the toilet - I picked up the one from the room and put it there. No place to hang the hand towels, just a little hook would already help instead of leaving them on top of the sink.

The location is really amazing, in front of the beach, direct access to the sand, nice views and also ok to park (In october). The breakfast was also really good and had an amazing view, a big variety, fresh omelet, local products. The beds we very comfortable and staff super nice.

Nothing about the hotel that I didn’t like. The immediate area away from the beach and hotel is a little funky.

The staff, especially the Manager from Moldova (didn’t get her name) were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The location is ideal and the overall package including breakfast were a great value.

There wasn’t enough staff, it was run down and looked like a run down hotel that had just been refurbished that’s why it didn’t feel worth the value. I’m not sure if this is the value for where you get in Europe over all and it’s normal to pay this much but for us coming from staying in accommodations that are very nice, it didn’t feel a 4 star standard. But again I’m not sure if this is normal for Mallorca. Overall it was still a good stay though

Beachfront hotel with a nice leisure area, great pool and restaurant. I would definitely go back! And Cala Major was a great surprise, a small beach with blue and green clear waters.

They allowed to put towels out on bed and leave them there all day and not come back. The towels should be removed and not allowed

Bathroom was a bit odd with only an opaque glass door to close off the toilet. Had a balcony but the view was entirely blocked by a tree from the hotel restaurant.

There was no parking on site and we had to park the car in a public parking. Also the spa and gym were located in another building accross the street.

The hotel was nice, especially the restaurant. The location and breakfast buffet were good.

The parking space at the local park was very small and not very ideal, and it is usually full of cars.

Room: Nice and clean, and the housekeeps were very nice. Breakfast: it is good value of money, the staff there were very warm and welcome Location: it is like 30-40 mins bus to the central Palma, and 10 mins drive to palma. The hotel do not have their own parking, you have to park in a local public park, it is not very ideal tho.
