Overpriced - but understandable because of local Feria de Abril (local fair). Poor noise insulation. You can hear the guy next door snore. However, the hotel is actively inquiring about it and is planning a renovation.

Top location. Very friendly and impeccable service. Great breakfast. Additional program. Very good gourmet restaurant. Close to the bullfighting arena and city center (walking distance).

The staff are very friendly, she gave me a map and highlighted the places that I need to visit. The manager came and showed me the facilities in the hotel, clean rooms and excellent location that I didn't need to use transportation

Our room was perfectly adequate but being on the first floor directly above the restaurant/bar meant it wasn’t quiet.

The only thing I can think of was that the elevator broke down for a short while. It was fixed within a reasonable time, and there was another elevator elsewhere in the building if needed.

This property is within easy walking distance to all of old Seville. Also, the breakfast was ample and good.

Great location, less than 5 mins walk to Triana, 10mins to cathedral, v close to bars/restaurants, yet quiet at night in room. Taxi rank opposite V friendly staff. Welcomed with bottle of sherry and Spanish nibbles in room-also lovely card and hotel mug gift on my birthday Delicious buffet breakfast included-had everything from cooked eggs to fruit, cereal, bread, cold eats/cheeses, pastries… juice, coffee machine. Even had guitarist playing beautiful Spanish music on Sunday morning during breakfast! V spacious double bed, spotless bathroom with all toiletries provided. Warm enough to try roof top pool (reception provided extra towels). Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Everything about the hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in Seville. We booked a standard double room and the bed was a king size bed, which was a nice surprise. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower and also the hairdryer provided was really powerful (great if you have long hair). They also provided toiletries which were really lovely and they topped them up every day when needed. The location is excellent, only a very short walk (10 mins) to all of the main attractions, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were always really friendly and helpful (even in the middle of the night when i was unwell and storing our luggage all day when we had an evening flight). Everywhere was really clean, including the pool area! This is a great addition and the views from the pool terrace are amazing! The pool was clean, with plenty of sunloungers and tables and is a perfect suntrap all day! The pool was a bit on the chilly side, but we were there at the beginning of April, so I'm sure it will warm up! The hotel also provide you with pool towels, which is really helpful. The terrace bar wasn't open, but this is probably due to the time of year. But we were allowed to bring our own drinks up anyway, so that wasn't an issue. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Seville.

Location , staff , cleanliness Were all excellent ! Breakfast was very good as was the facility for guests to enjoy free coffee, juice and cakes in the lounge. Room was well appointed , very clean and comfortable . Rooftop pool was is a great facility and has been very nicely fitted out . Twelve o clock check out is very good and somewhat unusual nowadays . Kindly held on to our cases until we needed to leave

Absolutely nothing.

I loved the free refreshments area near reception. The room was stylish, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop area was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate throughout. Breakfast was delicious. I would love to have stayed longer.
