No air con- said it was out of season. Weather was 22c plus so rooms hot. I wasn’t aware of this when I booked but the hotel did supply me with a fan.

The internal swimming pool was with too much chlorine, but if the weather is nice, who needs that pool.

It's very kids friendly - the mini club, the activities, mini disco, and playgrounds are very nice, so the kids are quite occupied. The girls who orginize the activities for the kids are so good that there were some mparents who left their kids in the mini club for the full working hours. The view from the different terraces with a nice drink is simply beautiful. The food was surprisingly good for such type of hotel and most of the nights there is a piano performer. The apartments are comfortable enough for a family with two kids. Overall, it's extremely good value for the money.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed half board and the food was good, lots to choose from. Short walk to the beach and promenade. Indoor pool was great as not warm enough to go in outdoor pool.

The cleaners came very early but we loved the towels they folded as animal shapes. The studio flat was a bit too small and a view was blocked by the roof.. The cutlieries and the worktop weren't clean and I had to wash all the plates too before we could use them. The pillows were too firm for children. The lighting wasn't working properly after the storm, neither the heating and the air conditioner. The bed was very bouncy.

The kids liked Beny and the kids club very much. Favourite animator was Stefi. We loved the heated swimming pool. The evening entertainment was very Nice, especially the flamenco and the bingo. We enjoyed the Spanish dinner we had there.

The indoor pool was horrible. We booked this place just because it had an indoor pool and it was January so our 4-year-old could swim. But the water was not clean as you could see dirt particles floating around. Bljak! There was so much chlorine in the pool that our eyes were itchy and sore and our 4-year-old said he had a burning sensation down his throat while breathing. So we quickly left after 20 min. Completely disappointed about this.

There was a lot of food available for all meals. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was friendly.

The sofa bed was really bad, impossible to use. The dinner could have been better but it was worth it considering the discounted price we booked the half board option. Liked the option to select a dish and ask the cook to fry it for you. When the hotel got crowded in our last day, the place looked packed.

It is a nice hotel for the kids, a nice kid club, playground, coin machines, spa, and night shows. It was a good stay for cold winter days where all these indoor gems helped to keep us busy in the morning and afternoon. Our room had a nice view. It was easy to find a street parking 5 minutes walk from hotel.

It was rather warm this weekend and on the first night I realised the aircon wasn't working so I had to sleep with the windows open. On Saturday I spoke to the receptionist and asked her why the aircon was not working. Her response was that during this season it gets turned off and to sleep with the windows open. I really wasnt satisfied by this solution as the previous night I had woken up with noise from outside. And then again this morning (Sunday) we were woken up at 8am by some staff member organising and making sure each of the sun loungers were neatly paired together. The screeching sound they made on the tiles was rather loud for 8am on a Sunday. We love staying at this hotel but for the price we paid I would expect to sleep comfortably and in peace. I hope management takes note of this as it's something simple to address and would go along way to ensuring guests enjoy and relax during their stays.

Good variety of food and good facilities. We've stayed there a few times in the past as we love it and our kids really do enjoy the kids club.

Food can be better, no drinks included with your dinner even though you pay for half board which was really disappointing. I had to spend a lot on uber to get to places, so be careful about the location when booking.

The hotel were clean, indoor swimming pool was great. Very close to the beach and suitable for all age group.

The only surprise was the small bedroom.

We could use the Spa without apointment and as long as we wanted and all without extra payments Also the bar is separated for the night and there are many places to choose.
