Walking distance from the train station. Spacious, clean rooms and comfy bed. We decided in the hotel to book breakfast extra, which was a good choice with a varied selection like scrambled eggs, muesli, joghurt, fruits etc. Lobby is inviting to spend some time with comfy chairs and even tables if you had to do some work.

No access to coffee and tea in the breakfast room during the day. We stayed 4 nights in total touring the city and surrounding area and dropped in to the hotel at different times to take a break. It would have been nice to have a cup of tea or coffee.

Everything went well, great service from desk staff, great breakfasts, room was beyond expectations, hotel centrally located and around the corner from the train station. After Tortosa we travelled to Tarragona and stayed in KeyHotel's other hotel Hotel Astari.

Shower went cold for a few seconds a couple of times, but that’s the only (very minor) moan I have.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and in a better condition than some 4* hotels I’ve recently stayed in. Air conditioning in the room was very good. The parking was close by, secure and the spaces were large/easy to park in.

- Parking is not free, you have to pay €10 per night as it's an underground private parking and if you have a low profile car, you can hit the bumper or the parts underneath when you're coming out of the car park, even if you drive slow, because of the narrow curve.

- Large room & clean. - Comfortable beds. - Friendly and professional receptionist. - Large bathroom. - Close to the town center, though we stopped for one night, passing by the area.

I have severe allergies and the scents used in the laundry and air was hard on my skin. Otherwise everything was perfect.

It served the purpose! We were visiting our brother in hospital in Jesus. A bit too far out of the way but that’s not the fault of the hotel! Only fault we found was the lack of Tea/coffee making facility That’s a big issue for us!Other wise I would recommend this hotel.

On the 6th floor you can hear the engines of the hotel. They moved us to the 1st floor. It was better there. The bathroom door is semi-transparent and does not close completely.

The location was relatively central and close to the train. The staff was very nice. and tried to help us all the time.
