Opted for All inclusive and no Allergns highlighted on any of the food (nuts & shellfish were allergies in the group) , drinks , tea ,coffee and snacks were good though, lunch and dinners were the main issue

Location was perfect. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around it, aswell as a play zone for kids

Tiny pools for amount of people, entertainment went on till gone 11 outside so unfortunately no chance of sleeping as it was so loud. Food very samey.

Air conditioning in room had 3 intensity settings but 3rd setting appeared to be broken Even with it on full blast on the coldest temperature all week the room was still really hot and had to move the beds at night to the opposite side and put pillows on the end just to get to sleep as that was the only part of the room you could feel the air conditioning, directly facing the vent Main pool area was always swamped with kids, music on speakers and activities which was fine especially since there was the option of the smaller, quieter pool, but lifeguards made no effort to stop kids still jumping into the small quiet pool, splashing on large inflatables etc

Common areas were kept clean, smaller quieter pool on the left was more accessible than the main pool for those without children Fridge in room and nice bathroom and shower Plenty of space in common areas to sit and kill time on last day after checkout Free luggage storage after checkout

If there could be one improvement, I would have liked a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room

Hotel is really clean. Staff were super helpful. Room towels soft and changed daily. The food choices were extreme including different theme nights every day of the week.Breakfast was too much choice fresh fruit, yoghurt cereals, full english, including pancakes, toasties omelette all cooked fresh in front of you. Fabulous location. Bus stops outside and journeys cost just 60cents wherever you go. Absolutely fantastic

I requested a lower floor which was granted as the lifts get so busy a lot of people have to use the stairs at meal times but I would definately stay again .

Lifts are extremely busy during mealtimes. Would like air conditioning all year around.

Lots of trees around pool Area which can limit space for beds in the sun when pool Is busy - removing a couple of trees allows a lot more space and sunlight for beds

Certain areas need upgrading and if things aren’t kept on top of; the hotel could easily fall behind in terms of overall quality. For example, the sun loungers are starting and the majority of the gym equipment was broken. The gym would also benefit from having a “sign in” system and being locked to prevent young children using it and injuring themselves.

It’s well located and perfect if you’re travelling with children. As most things are in walking distance, and there’s plenty of entertainment within the hotel to keep them occupied. The pool area is also great and felt very safe, with shallow pools for younger children. As well as a play area and pool slides.

Didnt like that there is no designated smoking area outside, people were smoking everywhere, and there didnt seem to be any ashtrays around so it was just being flicked on the ground which is not nice around the pool/outdoor bar area.

Rooms were perfect for what we needed, not very spacious, but ideal for the time you spend in there and the cleaners were in every day which was great. Food was fine, always something to suit everyone, we were all-inclusive and although it wasnt exceptional it was perfect and what you would expect from all-inclusive. Staff were always so helpful, and work extremely hard. Location was great, everything was in walking distance, less than 10 minute walk to the beaches, shops, bars and food options all around. 15/20 minute walk to the fountains and House of Illusions.

Sunbeds be put out by staff in an effort to reduce panic to get them and not be allowed hold sunbeds for more than 30mins. Sunbeds were been held for half the day with nobody on them.

Food and location was perfect. Could possibly do with more staff pool side bar to reduce the wait for food
