Not great sun around the pool area if you were lucky enough to get a bed

- There was a constant sewage smell around the hotel. - I find it moronic that I could only book a room that had 2 queen size beds for me and my wife. I booked this with 2 month of advance and that’s the only option I had. Ridiculous… - The pool area does not get sunlight after 17H00 - The balcony light lights up and goes off at certain hours and I could not control it as I pleased. - The room was not cleaned when we arrived. - It amazes me that a Hotel with ALL INCLUDED does not have laundry service. - I had no access to room service and no attempt to solve it. - They did not take my all included bracelet off when I checked out, meaning I could just go to the buffet again if I wanted. - The buffet was average at best. They had an “English Corner” that consisted mainly of pizza and burgers. I have been to 3 star hotels that were a lot better than this one

The night entertainment was great. They have animation for kids which makes a lot of sense for a hotel of this type. It is a hotel suited for families. The bar staff was great. The reception staff was fine. The spa area is decent for the price.

The tables around the pool area were quite dirty and we had to clean them ourselves. Apart from that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was smooth and prompt. The staff were lovely, especially Judit at reception who helped us a few times. We enjoyed the spa and the bike rental at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean.

Standard of food at the restaurant was very poor, range was adequate with quality average but the real issue was it was always cold even when a fresh dish was added it was at best like warm. Such a shame as the rest of the hotel was well maintained.

Hotel, bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned every day to a high standard. Location was good and facilities generally good

Going downstairs to reastrant had black stairs could do with a wee whit line at end of each stair I'm partially sighted was a bit wary

The room is a bit small. The corridor is very narrow. Also it's a bit noisy if you have a view of the apartment in the yard.

Good lighting and balcony. The air conditioner works well. Safebox in the room.

The pool was overcrowded and the lifts were often slow and crowded, with people pushing infornt of one another.

The location was great! The staff were helpful and the food had a wide variety.

I liked everything about the hotel just the lifts were a bit of a nightmare some of my family were up on the 5th floor and would give up waiting it would be too long

It was very central to everything, staff were more than accommodating to us as we haves 5 year old we were out on the 6th floor one conversation with the receptionist and she had us swapped and changed, the pool can be hectic but great fun all the same, will defo be back.

The lunch and dinner isn’t the best but you will find something to eat. Some days were lovely but other days we opted to just get food in pool bar or eat out. The lifts are very annoying.. we were on the third floor so it was fine but would hate to be top floor. Have to be up before 8am to have any hope of getting a sun lounger.

The rooms were great. Clean and had what you needed. Air conditioning was good too. Had a mini fridge and good closet space. They had activities during the day (aqua aerobics, water polo, volley ball) and entertainment in the evening. These were very good and really added to the experience. They had a poolside bar serving drinks, snacks and food. Great service. We went all inclusive and it is definitely worth the extra bit for the drinks and snacks at the bar. Breakfast was lovely too.

Never got a chance to enjoy the hotel facilities during the day,I was up early every morning and people lining up to get out to put their towels on the beds,we could see the pool from our room and I thought it was rediculous ,they wouldn’t even lie out early just had there towels on them very disappointed

Food. Bland, boring, tastless CHEAP. They certainly saved money on that. They tried with different themes for differnt days (Spanish, mediterranean, far east etc… ) but all it does just add some cheap supermarket level items (eg. spring roll, and some brown dry duck meant to be hoi shin?) Lifts were disaster: not in sync therefore stops everywhere, takes forever. Air con: we had to change the room in the first didnt work in the second was somewhat better. Other family members had to turn it down because it was freezing cold. Waiters were hit and miss, some absolutely ignorant and careless, others at least tried. But hey, its not a luxury suite what would you expect for their wage?! Bathroom: well equipped and spacious but taking shower will soak the whole room due to the poor isolation of the splash screen.

In general I can say it was clean. Good location with transport links, rooms just big enough, equipped as usual. Beds were comfy. Balcony is spacious. Overall, it was a positive experience with some annoying nuances. Plenty of shade around the pool area, flexible with seating. Front desk staff speak english quite well, also they we’re flexible and helpful. Bar staff was also cool shout out for them!

Very slow elevator, sometimes we had to wait 30-40 minutes. Food almost a same every day, very cheap quality. Most of the restaurant staffs are rude and slow.

Food was great, drink selection was great, lots of space outside to sit in both sun and shade. All inclusive snacks were very good too - it's impossible to go hungry at this hotel. Jorge was very attentive waiter and made sure we were always topped up with drinks. The hotel is very close to beaches and shops.

Unfortunately the lifts weren't great. We have a pushchair for our toddler and on the 4th floor so we needed to use them. By the end of our stay we would just carry her up and down 5 floors to the dinning room as the lifts took forever. And check out is far too early. 10am. It was a very crazy morning to get breakfast and to be out of the room withing a couple of hours. The cot provided needs a deep clean!

Great location, very clean and the staff were so lovely. Especially the waiting staff in the dining room, they were so pleasant. The pool area was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and shade. My little girl loved the children's pool. And the lifeguard was very attentive. The staff are amazing, definitely deserve to be praised by management, super friendly and always smiling. We didn't watch the entertainment but from what we heard from our room the band that was playing Thursday was really good, such a variety of music for all ages.

There was a charge for water with lunch and dinner for full board guests. I was never charged for a glass of water with a meal in any other hotel and consider one glass should have been provided with no charge.
