Considering there is a large outdoor pool for adults and children and the children also have their own pool with water features, why are children allowed in the spa area. We know they can only enter between 4pm and 6pm but we still find it odd that what is normally classed as a place for adults to relax in children are in screaming and shouting. There is plenty of activity in the hotel for children without them being allowed into the spa. Yes I know it is a family hotel and there will be children there but you expect to have some peace in the spa area. 4pm to 6pm is also an ideal time for adults to relax for 2 hours before their evening meal. Also how long does Halloween have to go on for maybe the hotel should advertise it as a HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL WEEK because that`s what it was. Everything centred round halloween with the animation team trailing kids all over the hotel down corridors where rooms were making a noise. Even in the dining room you couldn`t even have a meal in peace. Then the evening entertainment was halloween, halloween, halloween. Fair enough if that`s what you want but not everyone does. We came away for a quiet break but didn`t get it.

Previously been to the hotel so knew what to expect. Room good size, beds great size and very comfortable. Cleaning of room very good on a daily basis. Food very good though a bit repetitive. Pool good size.

Entertainment some days was good but some days quite disappointing

Location next to the beach , great choice of food all was tasty. Facilities for the kids are very good . Also there was good choice of ( branded ) drinks in all inclusive . Lovely hotel , very good value for the price paid

The outdoor pools were cold and could be heated. Variety with the food would be much appreciated. One particular staff member was simply rude.

The area further along the front, were the new hotels were was very run down. We walked along the seafront then back to the hotel via the streets. Such a shame as the area from the hotel along to the port, and old town Roquetus was lovely.

Restaurant was very good, great service from the staff. Our room, a family room was excellent. Nice bathroom / shower, comfortable beds. Lunch and dinner were excellent, with a nice choice of dishes. Hotel was in a great location, offering easy access to the promenade. We took a nice walk along from the hotel to the port and castle, about 2 miles and it was lovely. We stayed full board, but ventured out to some very local bars, less than a minute from the hotel, who were friendly and welcoming.

Dirty floors and chairs in the restaurant, we saw pieces of food and stains from the previous days, only the tables are cleaned (not thoroughly) - we had to use our own wipes. The tile inside the pool cut my toe and was bleeding. The classes and the entertainment activities for children were always delayed. ALWAYS. The lifts are extremely slow and suffocating, there is no air, we ended up going up and down using the staircase (after foot surgery so you can imagine). The walls outside, details in the room, and overall in many places are broken and need massive maintenance. The place could be quite great but it is not unfortunately.

Great location, literally next to the beach. The night entertainments were definitely useful for us where our child could have some fun. The dining area is spacious, room for everyone.

Everything was great. We had an excellent holiday overall. The location is fantastic and despite the hotel being extremely full we didn't encounter any problems. The room was very clean and comfortable with great beds and we got wonderful sunrises in the mornings. The staff were friendly and helpful and we would definitely rebook this hotel and highly recommend it.

Probably too many all inclusive customers. Staff not treated with the respect. Too much free alcohol available.

We have stayed when it was hesperia owned, but now it is best and a hundred per cent better. The food on offer was exceptional, and the restaurant staff very obliging. We were on half board.

Private parking was expensive, however, we managed to get a free space on the street very near the hotel. A bit disappointed that we didn't have a kettle in our room to make a drink after a long journey.

The location was lovely.,right on the front with a beautiful seaview and massive balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed for one night, so didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very inviting.

The food could be hotter, there are surely in this day and age better hotplates to keep it hotter for longer. Entertainment in the evenings could be alot better, there are some good acts around the areas and not all that expensive. Less variety could mean better quality. Saying all the above 4th time at the hotel and will be back

Too many people as it was summer. The hotel is huge so it felt a little impersonal. The swimming pools were too crowded. Parking can be an issue as the hotel doesn't guarantee availability.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and right on the beachfront. Lots of activities/facilities for families with young children. Probably not ideal if you are a couple wanting someone more peaceful. We stayed one night in August as a stopover - it was very busy and crowded everywhere.

Air condition in the room did not work, so very very hot !.

The kids enjoy the pool, there was plenty food to choose from as we had all inclusive 3 meals a days and a snack bar, plenty things to do around the hotel and alot of entertainment for the whole family.

All was good. Property was well prepared for people in mobility scooters.

Food was lovely with good variety of dishes in the buffet. Staff were all very nice and accommodating especially Raquel in the pool. She was very welcoming and friendly and always with a smile on her face
