The bathroom quite small and occasional smell of drains but I think that was from the streets.

Fantastic location in the pedestrianised old town. Within walking distance of all the sites. The beds were comfy. Lovely terrace to be outside. Quiet and calm. Staff were friendly and so helpful. They did everything to help us get into the property earlier than check in time and were so kind to let us store our luggage securely for the whole day after checking out time.

Wifi signal is not continuous (it goes out and you have to wait). Very poor lighting in the apartment makes it quite dark in the evening. One roll of TP per person for a 6-night stay…REALLY?!?! Had to buy our own. There were two steps between the bathroom and the rest of the apartment which is extremely inconvenient for anyone with a mobility issue. Very poor maintenance throughout the apartment: (1) Bathroom sink was clogged and drained VERY slowly. (2) Bathroom sink faucet had very low water pressure. (3) If you turn on the A/C, black soot blows out. (4) Bathroom fan was caked with dirt. Overall the apartment was OK for a shot stay but management should address the maintenance issues, add more lighting, upgrade the wifi and provide more TP.

Good location, generally quiet, large comfortable bed, very small shower stall but good pressure and lots of hot water, easy-to-use washing machine.

Staff a little unfriendly, when asking a question it kind of felt like we were a bit of a hassle although they were accommodating, but we did feel like we couldn’t ask too many questions

For our six-day stay, we were disappointed that our room was never cleaned nor were the towels changed. This was a significant downside to our experience.

It was a little dark and the kitchen area was very small, but it is a studio flat. The hot water did run out after a shower. Not a smart TV mainly Spanish stations.

In a great location easy to get to all the sites either on foot or public transport. Mostly it had everything for a short stay. Good communication via WhatsAp they helpfully booked a taxi to the airport for us. It was also warm with the air/con heating as it was chilly. Wifi was reliable.

property is located in a really good neighbourhood, you are close to all the important things in Valencia just by a walk, apartment and the building are fine, thin wall so you can hear everything that is happening around you but the street is really quiet.

Please oil the doors, and maybe make a system to prevent doors from slamming, the noise is really loud from then and can keep one up at night.

Bathroom sink drain is clogged. Curtains were thin.

Location and staff: managers let us in early to store luggage. Showed us how to use the locks. Room was quiet. Clothes washer worked well.

The shower could do with update. We had an apartment on 4th floor so the water pressure and temperature was not great but good enough for 3 days.

The Apartments are in old town. Everything is at your doorstep which is fantastic. Lovely places to see all around.

The flat could be very good however the facilities are quite used for example the floor and doors creak, the chairs legs are loose, it give the impression that the flat is not clean enough due the used furnitures.

Flat size very good for families, the location is perfect in couple of minutes (walking) you will be at the tourist places. the staff is friendly and the whole booking is managed through an app.

The location was outstanding. You could walk out the front door and go to so many different restaurants, cafés, and sites. Ricardo was outstanding, very friendly and efficient and always there to help.

The reception was not staffed during the time we stayed over a weekend so you are reliant on the app for communication. We requested a late check out via the app but did not receive a response and also the phone number given was not answered.

Brilliant location few mins walk from Valencia Cathedral. The duplex apartment where we stayed was comfortable and modern. 2 large and comfortable beds. There were extra blankets if needed. The kitchen didn’t have a starter pack of coffee pads , tea but there was mini supermarket very close.

As a light sleeper I found it loud, especially on the Sunday and Friday nights I was there. The sound of other people in the building going up and down the stairs/talking as well as from the street. It sounded like you were right there with them.

The space was comfortable for one. The balcony was lovely as was having a separate living space. Being able to access the property via phone/passcode made the room feel extra secure. It was also well located, round the corner from a vibrant square and not too far from the main centre of the city.

The bed was so small for 2 people. the neighbors in the hotel were noisy at night. No wardrobe for clothes, only open shelves. There was no salt or sugar.

Room was clean and cozy. It has everything that you need for living. Even hairdryer, washing machine, coffee machine, iron, refrigerator, toaster. I liked the online check-in system. It’s so comfortable to use. the location is great, everything is so close
