We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe hotel is reasonable close to a train line, if your room is at the front and if your a lite sleeper it may wake you early.
Staff were excellent, lovely large pool with shallow pool for toddlers, secure parking was arranged on site in a locked garage ( at a charge ) breakfast was good, didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening but the food looked good.

United KingdomNoise from other rooms was loud when people were moving about in morning. Location is great if you are driving. We chose to stay as we were attending a wedding 3 minutes down the road, and it seemed to be an inconvenient location for taxis to come to. Over the course of one weekend we prebooked 3 taxis: One taxi was half an hour late, another didn’t show up at all—leaving us stranded at 2am. Not a reflection on hotel and its facilities, but a consideration we should have had upon booking.
Clean rooms, fantastic pool, really helpful staff. Felt really looked after in terms of service.

Nice view of Le Canigou from the room. Comfortable bed. Clean. Lovely big pool. Hotel is a short distance from the highway, so easy access.

A nice dinner, good sleep and nice breakfast gives us enough energy to make the 1.250km trip back to Holland the next day. We always enjoy our stay in the Bon Retorn!

NetherlandsThis is an excellent hotel with a service that you hardly see these days. The owners have passion in what they do and have a beautiful garden with all kind of trees and flowers and plants… we landed here and unfortunately my partner had to go to hospital due to lung collapse… I couldn’t have been happier that I had picked this hotel as everyone is very caring here and we had to leave our doggies in panic and had to go by ambulance to hospital. We caused trouble for other guests and we apologize to all… they understood this was an emergency and did everything to make my stay as good as possible!!! I love this hotel and their staff… we are still here to recover …thank you … the rooms are big and spacious and very clean!!!! Nice touches and just great!!
