The property is well used and realistically in need of refurbishment. It had been hastily ‘patched up’ in places.

Location is great for Ushuaia and Hi as well as for the beach. The room had lots of space.

Hotel can be quite noisy, many young groups talking or having parties until late but nothing critical. I had difficulties to sleep one evening but it is understandable. It is an hotel for this type of tourists.

The location, swimming pool area, near the beach, makes it perfect.

Security at the door doesn’t let anyone inside without a hotel wristband, if you want to bring someone in they have to pay a tourist tax and sign a form, real buzz kill late at night. Also the slamming doors in the hallways are brutal.

The security guard was Very rude and wouldn't let us get our luggage that was being stored for us because we had taken off our bracelets when we checked out, even tho we had a luggage ticket. Then he hissed at us when we left. Very arrogant and unprofessional

Great location- in playa d’en Bossa, 3 mins walk from Ushuaïa, beachfront. Nice, spacious, clean, 1bedroom flat sea view. Italian receptionist was funny and helpful.

Our apartment was there on the 4th floor and there was no lift. This was the only challenge

The staff were very slow on the desk and check in felt like it took an insane amount of time considering so little needed to be done. Also hated the policy of not even allowing anyone other than true people staying in the room into the apartment without paying 60 euro deposit. This made us feel like we couldn’t enjoy time with our friends or even leave some bags for our convenience

Lovely apartment with everything you could need and great balcony overlooking the pool. Really liked the pool area and location was amazing for going out to the clubs and lots of restaurants and fast food close! Aircon worked well to cool us down.

Security was nice to have, but the front desk and security weren't exactly welcoming.

Location was awesome. Could go between Ushuaia and return for a break before Hi Ibiza. Right on the beach. Room exceeded expectations as well.

The only thing is that there isn’t a kettle to make tea and coffee. So I used a sauce pan to boil water. Worked just as well :) Also most of these apartments make you wear a wristband to show that u belong to them lol (staying there) and gets irritating especially when there wet. I’m 37 and got told off by the security man as we were walking in. I showed him my key card, but that wasn’t enough 🙄

The hotel was clean and in a prime location in Playa Bossa. Quite noisy location, so if you want quite don’t stay in Playa Bossa. I had to sleep with ear plugs lol I read the comments before staying and was feeling quite anxious regarding the bed and cleanliness, but it was ok. Nice clean, not that old at all, bed was gd. Pool area really and clean.
