There wasn't really anything. The hotel was exactly what we were expecting.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The receptionist gave us lots of helpful information on arrival and pointed out some good things to do during our stay as well as providing all the usual necessary information about the stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great- we particularly liked the fresh orange juice machine! it was also really useful to be able to park our hire car at the hotel for the duration, as we found we didn't need it to get around during our stay. We also liked the free coffee machine!

The room met all expectations, exactly as depicted on the website. The staff conducted themselves magnificently and were extremely helpful in facilitating the reservation on short notice. I will certainly rebook whenever I need to work in Vitoria.

Area not so great, next to a huge shopping centre, dog friendly, but nowhere to walk dog, like a concrete jungle.

Nice room, large with comfortable beds. Bathroom was fine but shower door did not meet by the door, needs attention. Breakfast very good, lots of choice. underground garage to keep car safe.

The bathroom was very unconfortable! It was a room for people with disabilities, and the sink was so large that even standing up, you couldn´t reach the tap. I wasn´t able to wash my teeth there properly. And the shower was very unconfortable as well, whenever you would use it I would soak the whole bathroom. Honestly, it feel like a spare room, and I think we paid enough in order to get a proper room. For sure it wasn´t thought for it´s purpouse.

The room in general was ok, ample and cozy, althought it wasn´t so deep clean.

The room was obviously well used (scratches on the floor, for example) and a tiny bit dusty. Not enough body wash or shampoo. Otherwise, fine.

Perfect-sized studio for two people: we had stayed in the twin bed option. Room: Beds were firm and comfortable. Kitchen was well sized, with a small induction plate for cooking, a microwave and a mini fridge. Location: Great location next to the huge shopping mall/center and a 17-20 minute walk to the center. Staff: Very helpful and friendly

Not much really although the charge of 20 euro for our little dog was a bit much.

Location was good with secure underground parking. The suite was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Very friendly staff and our little dog was made very welcome. Would definitely stay again.

The smell of toxic chemical air freshener all over the hotel. The lack of warm bedding, the bed was not made properly and the toilet was dirty. You could hear the traffic all night long.

Rooms didn't have double beds, We booked for 4 Adults and had 4 single beds, room was a lot smaller than it looked in photos Breakfast was very disappointing, Had to wait 25 mins for bacon and only scrabbled eggs, no tomatoes or sausages etc.

As other people have commented, the entrance to the hotel by car is not easy to find. We had the impression that this hotel is primarily for business people as the restaurant was not open on Saturday evenings and it was necessary to go out to eat. This was not easy with someone with difficulty walking and of course everywhere was extremely busy.

Clean, comfortable modern hotel near a large shopping centre. Room was comfortable although the shower was on the small side. Good breakfast although we were surprised to see that what we presumed were the hot dishes seemed to have been brought in from elsewhere rather than being prepared on site. Underground parking was good with easy access and on a Saturday night plenty of spaces.
