Very poor storage for clothes and toiletries in bedroom and bathroom - good storage in hallways but this was inconvenient in terms of practically getting ready No full length mirror Mini bar not fully replenished and nor did we get any coffee capsules replenished and had to buy our own. No decaf option for hot drinks provided Only shampoo and body wash combined - no separate shampoo or conditioner provided Towels not changed at all during 4 night stay - we didn’t need them changed every day but there was information on what to do if we wanted fresh towels at breakfast it would have been nice to be offered a fresh coffee - only a self serve machine was available. No info on area on arrival Lots of these are relatively small and easily improved issues which unfortunately negatively impacted our stay in what was otherwise a good hotel option.

I booked the cheapest room with the bathroom being integrated into the main room with almost no walls. Hence, the privacy was limited. But the price was very competitive to be fair.

The hotel is wonderfully located in a close proximity to all the major Old-town destinations. It’s an old brick building with high ceilings and nice vibe. The breakfast is excellent: great variety, plenty of local delicacies even during the off-season.

I traveled with my 19-year-old son. The shower and toilet were built right in the room with glass partitions. This setup was very unexpected. I understand the building is very old and the hotel is trying to make it work. This is NOT a negative review.

The location was great, right in the historic district, easy to walk everywhere. Nice breakfast place. we really loved dinner in the same restaurant. The place is clean.

There was not really any relevant point of criticism.

I had booked a "premium double or twin room" for 6 nights at the end of March 2024. The room matched the description, was well equipped, very clean and "cozy". The restaurant in the house, where breakfast is also served, had excellent service and the food was of very good quality. The reception was always very friendly and helpful.

The room did not have enough storage space, we had one hanging rail for shirts etc the rest we had to live out of suitcase. There was only one mirror, ideally needed a full length mirror in room, and lastly there were no table and chair on the terrace, there was a sunbed but nowhere to sit and relax with a glass of wine.

I don't like the open bathroom concept. I had messaged the property to clarify that it would be a closed bathroom after reading some reviews but it still wasn't fully private. The toilet was walled off with a door but had no roof and the shower had a partial wall but was otherwise open to the room. It was really a great use of an old building and very much kept the character but, personally, I prefer a regular bathroom, particularly when I'm travelling with friends.

Great location, fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. Spotlessly clean too. Loved the SMEG fridge in the room.

Four poster bed slightly too big for room & made it difficult to navigate between TV on wall & bed. I would suggest a conventional bed would be better. No desk in room.

The hotel is in the middle of the best part of town.Its location is just perfect for bars , restaurants and wonderful shopping. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, we had a fantastic room with a terrace. Wonderful breakfast room with a great selection of food. Also a great bar with very nice prices. Welcome bottle of wine and a free mini bar for two nights. Exceptional service and a nice touch of. We will definitely be back.

Stayed one night with my husband, loved everything about it. We will definitely come back to this hotel. Very cozy, the room is quiet despite the fact that we had a kind of exit to the patio terrace. On the terrace was a huge bed, sofa and table (it was very unusual and nice). The room had bathrobes, slippers and a grand piano (wow effect) and on not a bottle of champagne with a personalized card welcoming me as a guest. (to the point of goosebumps 10/10). The mini bar is completely complimentary. For breakfast we agreed to let us in at 7-45, as a cab to the airport we were called for 8-30. (reference point for the cost of a cab from the hotel 23-25 euros). Breakfast is very full and tasty, everything is enough. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the room was very warm (despite the fact that this night it was +5С outside the window and a strong cold wind). March 8, 2024

The noise between rooms was terrible. We had a room on the first floor by the entrance to the bar/restaurant and it was so noisy up until around 11-12 at night. There was noise from the courtyard under the balcony windows, also late at night and we could hear a couple in an adjoining room “enjoying each other’s company” shall we say. Also the open plan shower/toilet within the room (room 414 if I remember rightly) was not what was advertised and even for a couple of 7 years together was a little too much in terms of lack of privacy. Shame really as if they sorted the noise insulation and had slightly better considered room arrangement this would be a top top (affordable) hotel.

Really nice common areas, the bar/restaurant was very nice indeed. The staff were attentive, polite, multilingual and very accommodating
