Pool was freezing ! Only a central laundry area - would be good to have own washer but not a deal breaker. No cooker only microwave. No BBQ utensils. Not enough hot water to shower family of 4 - had to wait 30mins!

The pool area was lovely however the water was freezing. It really puts me off staying there again. It was colder than the sea. I feel it would be worth having climate controlled water. I have never had a cold Jacuzzi before either. The hotel next door plays awful music and games that you can hear depending on the wind direction.

I liked the view and the large garden space. I liked having two bathrooms and the opportunity to open the door directly onto the terrace. I liked having new towels daily.

Heating did not work, it was cold and uncomfortable. Furniture was dirty (they should hose it down) and daily cleaning only covered mopping the floor and change of towels.

Location was good, close to beach and supermarket. Bungalow was spacious.

The hot tub was NOT hot, not remotely. It is only warmed by the sun and can’t be set above 29C. False advertising to say the resort guests have access a hot tub. Second bathroom had too long a shower curtain that resulted in a totally wet floor no matter how one tried to deploy the curtain. Internet very sketchy. Had to sit out at the pool to be able to pick up the signal. Long walk to town, 50-60 minutes, but lovely boardwalk all the way. As an alternative the Rubicon Marina about 30-40 min. walk on the same boardwalk, has many good restaurants. Shops expensive in this area.

Two bedrooms both with their own washroom. Spacious living area with TV and well stocked kitchen. Pool chaise lounges and beds were very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable but could use a second extra blanket as it was cold during the January nights. Lovely market in the Rubicon Marina on Wednesday. Not your usual junk, some unique items.

A heated pool would have been nice. The Jacuzzi is warmer than the pool but not heated.

Nice and clean bungalow with private patio and lounge chairs. It was a great space to enjoy the sunshine and read a book. There is a grocery store a short walk away. One very good restaurant nearby and a few pizza-type restaurants in the shopping center. It is about a 20min or more walk to the area with many more restaurants -- we were told the bus was free but didn't take it. Nice scenic beachfront walk nearby. The hosts booked transport to/from the airport and our tour to see the volcano. Everything was easy & the room is great. Water is not drinkable in Lanzarote. The host sold us an enormous bottle of water for 2euro on checkin - it lasted 3 days for 3 people. Signs in all bathrooms in Lanzarote say no flushing toilet paper. The room and beds were very comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Its a bit far (2.5 km) from the nearest sandy beach, but if you rent a car or bikes this is fine. Pools are way too cold for swimming when the outside temperature is around 20, this was really disappointing. Couch in the accomodation not really comfortable. However, all things considered, value for money.

Very friendly staff!! Spacy accomodation, protected from wind (accomodation located directly at the pool). Poolbed specially reserved for each accomodation. Cleaned daily, close to small shopping center with bike rental, tourist stop and some restaurants of varying quality nearby.

We were asked to call them so someone would be there for our arrival, as we were a late flight. When trying to phone them, no one answered there mobile until we had almost got there and we had to wait 10 mins for someone to let us in.

Beds comfy. Plenty of space, large bathroom and a spare room with bathroom, could use for another couple but spare room at no wardrobe. We were very close to the pool and easy access out to the shops, sun beds were very good quality , pool very near, but no heating in the pool, we were there in November, so really needed. The garden area was nice but our particular area had the road running outside, so coaches could see over wall, so not very private and could be noisy in peak times, but we weren't there much and it didn't affect us. For a small fee you could get the keys for the launderette, washing liquids and baskets available, with a tumble dryer. Was impressed with the cleaning as they came in daily and changed towels, beds changed mid week.

Very spacious accommodation well appointed, sheltered patios and very private. Gates kept locked and only accessible using resort keys so very secure especially as a female if you are travelling alone.Pool area large with plenty of loungers and when we visited had it to ourselves. Added bonus was a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a bar area and toilet and shower facilites.

The only down side was the air con did not heat up when put on "heat mode" during cold nights. But that could have been my lack of understanding. They had warm blankets just in case.

Lovely spacious apartment with 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite, living/dining/kitchen area area with a well stocked kitchen. Spacious outdoor terrace. Chamber maid came every day and cleaned thoroughly, new towels every day. Spotless clean pool and outdoor hot tub. Had a lovely welcome form a girl with glasses but didnt catch her name. They helped us book a great excursion to Timanfaya park. Beautiful unspoilt Papagayo Beaches close by. Please pass on our thanks.

Internet access. Had to go either to reception (ok until it closed) or to the pool area.

Bungalows were privately owned - we came up trumps with a super one. King size bed, memory foam topper. Every thing imaginable in the kitchen. DVD's, CD's, TV, music player. Very modern and comfortable interior. They hadn't gone cheap and basic. Outside patio really pretty and very private with enough outside furniture for entertaining. Outside areas clean and well maintained.

Not the hotel's fault at all - but the small shopping centre across the road wasn't quite as lively/busy as we expected (few more bars/restaurants would have been perfect), but nothing to fault at all with the accommodation.

Our bungalow had a bbq as well as a partial sea view. Fridge freezer was large, with a proper freezer to store ice/food/ice creams etc (and to freeze drinks for the next day!). Pool was clean, quiet and in the sun for the entire day. Jacuzzi was good. Showers around the pool and clean communal toilets so you didn't need to traipse back to your bungalow.

Nothing really. The pool was not heated and a bit of a thought to get into in February but once I was in, I really enjoyed it.

Spacious Bungalows which were very well maintained. We upgraded and had extras like DVD and Flat screen TV but the biggest benefit of the upgrade was the lovely views from the terrace - we could see the sea and Fuertaventura from our terrace. There is a decent supermarket and little niche shops and cafes nearby. Beaches and marina are within walking distance. There are also a couple of nice restaurants / wine bar very close by and many more at the marina.
