The wifi in our bungalow stopped working after a couple of days and we had a few issues with one of the entrance gates (this was promptly checked by the staff)

Spacious bungalows with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lovely lounge area and kitchenette. Cleaners came most days and the bungalow was spotless. Furniture looked very new and clean, and we thought the entire complex was very tidy and well kept. The bungalows rear terrace was a great sun trap and was so nice to have the choice of sitting out there or sitting out the front by the pool. Ample sun beds and pool area was always very quiet. The place was exactly as described.

Unfortunately, in November the "heated" pool was colder than the ocean and having a heated pool for our baby was one of the main reason we selected this place, although more expensive than other options. Had we know the children pool would have been so cold (aka not heated) we would have gone somewhere else.

The staff were really friendly and allowed us a late check out for our evening flight at no extra cost. The pool area was quiet - no need to rush for sun loungers. The location was perfect, as there are shops and restaurants right outside, but also it’s easy to get to the harbour area with many more restaurants by a short walk along the coast. The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful terrace.

The bungalows are good for a couple but would be quite tight for 4 adults, even though there are 2 bedrooms.

The reception staff were friendly and came out of hours to allow us to check in. The location is very good. The accommodation is well maintained and the pool area is spacious and quiet. The kitchen area is functional and adequate.

Jakuzzi unfortunately can't keep or rise the set water temperature when you are in. The water is getting colder and colder even if it set to 38 C degrees. You need to cover the Jakuzzi and wait 1-2 hours to warm back up again.

Very minor things only. One Sun lounger at the Bungalow was missing the back adjuster. The shower head in the ensuite should be replaced (not a good even spray) as well as the broom handle which had seen better days/had peeling paint which flaked off when using it.

Good sized apartment, plenty of outside space, secure premises and lots of loungers around the pool. Very well kept grounds, always clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff/management

Nice, quiet, swimming pool, with bubble bath. Well maintained, clean facilities and bungalow. Close to beach, supermarket etc. Airco in bedrooms automatic.

The shower area does the work but it is dwarfed by the area allocated to the toilet in the master bedroom. The beds were single beds (but very comfy), but to be fair we didn't explicitly ask for one double bed. No way to let room service know that there was no need to change the towels everyday. The microwave is not very intuitive to use (very subjective).

Very friendly, understanding, flexible and helpful staff. They have some amazing tips for you ;) Bungalows were private enough, yet close enough to outside life to give a "local" feeling. As a bonus located very near to the only beach on the island permitting dogs and not far from the other good beaches in the south. Plentiful free public parking nearby. Also a very private space is available to dry clothes in the sun.
