The rooms were banged up and rundown down. Tiles chipped. Furniture needs to be repainted or replaced - wasn’t dirty but looked that way due to wear and tear. Was a little off putting.

There was a bit of sunbed hogging with some beds being reserved with towels but not used until the afternoon which is anti social. However there are a lot of sunbeds to include some at each villa.

We have stayed here many times. The location is excellent for beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The staff are friendly and efficient and the villas clean. The gardens and pool provides a great alternative to the beach.

Beds were wobbly. The poole wasn’t heated enough (for us) so we didn’t actually use it. (Though others did). Didn’t like that we had to pay for everything else. Eg. Renting tennis court AND renting tennis rackets. The air conditioning, the washing machine, mini gold etc. should have all been included. (For this price).

The design of the pool between the flats, the gym, tennis courts, mini golf and closeness to supermarket and lots of buses.

There wasn't a full length mirror. The sliding door to the bathroom was very noisy. The first breakfast was lovely but then went a little downhill throughout the stay.

The location of the property was excellent. The pool area provided lots of sun loungers. The bungalow's private terrace was very comfortable.

On arrival, the Reception Team never offered to show us around, or tell us about the facilities on the site (for example, availability of the shop opening closing times, access to the mini golf, tennis courts or gym, the carriage hold area etc ) We were never advised about how to access the internet. In fact, check in was very brief. We were worried to be honest. The patio to our bungalow no. 144 was uneven due to a large tree root and we were worried about our elderly Mum falling over it. It should really be mended. We had an embarrassing situtation with a blocked loo with sewerage came up into the shower. We did not know about the small pipes!, again something that perhaps could have been mentioned at booking in, or a note in the room. The chap that came to sort it out was very kind and made the situation less painful. We had a 1 bed with the third member sleeping in the front room. The mattress was so hard it led to a couple of uncomfortable nights. We enquired about availability of to a 2 bed (we would have paid) however unfortunately, there was no availabulity. A topper was provided however, and resolved the issue.

Easy to find, very clean and nice entrance. There was a lot of activity to maintain the grounds which were very well kept indeed. The cleaning was frequent and exceptional. The whole place was relaxing and had a chilled out vibe. Lots of space and sunbeds. Never felt too busy. Pool is great. Bungalow was fab and spacious and again very clean. Very impressed with the whole set up.

Maids after cleaning just left ( except one maid ) and closed the door, it would have been nice to say adios, bye, or finish,as they left.. The bungalow had a step down in the middle, which might be a problem for a person with walking problems Sat in the lounge on the settee to watch television, the noise through the window to your left was very annoying, you could here there conversation Could here there music, and mobile phone, “ this window needs to be blocked up..”

My patio was a lot more private that others 145 Bungalow My balcony got the evening sunshine Bedroom had two single beds, the single beds seems much wider then normal, excellent Had a safe in the bedroom, deposit of 10 euros paid, but returned at the end oh your holiday, your own personal key code to lock the safe DO NOT PUT MOBILE PHONES OR I PADS IN THE SAFE,IT HAS A MAGNETIC THAT CAN DAMAGE YOUR ITEMS I have had the experience of the magnet also destroyed the chip in your credit cards, so beware Pool not the traditional type, lovely, I never swam but I was told the was still cold water 24 hour reception, complimentary drinks and sweets in the foyer, security was evident walking around the bungalows at night For self catering washing up liquid tea towels, scrubbing cloth et cetera in the kitchen and the bathroom soap supplied for the shower and for the bathroom also other complimentaries which you’re most grateful and thank you and wonderful surprise which added to the bonus of staying with you
